The space
This beautiful Santorini-Themed Pool Home has 6 total beds: 1 King, 3 Queens, 1 Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed with a trundle, and a twin daybed with trundle, comfortably sleeping 14 across 4 bedrooms! Featuring 2 bathrooms, 2 covered patios, games, laundry, a full kitchen, and dining room with Smart TVs throughout.
Outside, you'll find a heated pool with ample seating/lounging, an outdoor firepit, and a grill. Plus, a large converted shed office offers a quiet space for any work you need to get done!

Clearwater Beach is just 12 minutes away, and we provide a beach kit for your convenience. Before heading out, fuel up with our coffee bar, stocked with various flavor add-ins!

This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras as well as noise-detection hardware (which does not record audio) that monitors high noise levels.

Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours —can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Neighbors are diligent in reporting any violations, so please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay!

Respecting the space ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay. Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund:

• Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains
• Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F
• Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate)
