• Driveway fits 3 cars
• No street parking allowed! (overflow parking available near clubhouse)
• Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not permitted at Bella Vida Resort
• Parking rules are strict; vehicles parked improperly (wheels on grass, for ex.) or blocking the sidewalk will be towed. Please note that these are resort rules, not ours, so kindly follow them to avoid any issues.

Pool Heating: $35 per day (3-day minimum; must be requested 48 hours in advance)
BBQ Rental: $80 per stay

We provide a starter kit of supplies to get you through the first day:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 garbage bags
1 soap and 1 fabric softener
1 dish sponge and 1 dish detergent
A few dishwasher pods
1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, and 1 soap per bathroom

Please note that this is a self-catering home. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

Bath, Hand, and Pool Towels: Provided in proportion to the number of guests
Washcloths: Considered personal items; we recommend bringing your own

🗑️ Trash Disposal
Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to maintain a clean environment.

📦 Online Deliveries
Please note that USPS does not deliver to vacation homes. Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx are accepted. Some resorts may deliver packages to the clubhouse; fees may apply. We are not responsible for issues with online deliveries.

🔥 Pool Heater Important Information
Cost: $35 per day
Minimum: 3 consecutive days
Temperature: Will not exceed 95°F
Advance Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance
Spa: Attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets; it can only be heated if the entire pool is heated

Weather Conditions: Heaters work through heat exchange and will not function in cold weather. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature under these conditions.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut-off until the pump can regain functionality.
