This modern, pet-friendly two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located in the Reserve at Ten Mile Creek Apartments offers breathtaking mountain views from its private deck. It also grants easy access to various outdoor activities in the surrounding area and at Granby Ranch Resort.
The unit features a spacious open floor plan, a kitchen designed for chefs, and an abundance of natural light. Positioned on the second floor, it provides scenic views from every room, making it ideal for those who wish to engage in outdoor activities while enjoying a tranquil and conveniently located environment.
The living room offers ample space for relaxation, complete with a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and flat-screen television, all enhanced by stunning views visible through the windows. Additionally, there is a sofa sleeper available for extra sleeping arrangements. This area also opens up to a private deck, which serves as a delightful spot to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drinks after a day spent appreciating the beautiful surroundings.
Next to this area, the dining space can comfortably accommodate up to four people at the breakfast bar, encouraging enjoyable interactions with the designated chef in your group or with those relaxing in the living area.
The kitchen showcases a modern design, featuring hardwood floors, granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and attractive wooden cabinetry, making it perfect for preparing both quick meals and formal dinners.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a complete en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen television.
The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large flat-screen TV, and convenient access to the second full bathroom, which is strategically located near the living area. Furthermore, the unit includes a full-size washer and dryer located in the main hallway.
The communal area features a firepit, with firewood supplied, situated adjacent to this building. In the distance, there is an outdoor hot tub available for common use. This location is conveniently close to City Market, positioned within Granby Ranch, and is approximately one mile from Ski Granby Ranch, with even shorter access to the Headwaters Golf Course. It serves as a year-round getaway in an excellent location.
For a fee of $20.00 guests have access to the Ranch Hall which offers a common area lounge and outdoor pool - kids 8 and under are free. The workout facilities has a fee of $20/day and guests musts be 16 and older.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
