With 1.5 newly updated bathrooms, getting ready is effortless. The upstairs ensuite features dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and spa-inspired finishes, while the downstairs half bath adds convenience. Primary bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush towels, and a hairdryer.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and ready for whatever youâre cooking up. A small bar with seating and the adjacent dining area make gathering for a bite easy and convenient. The living room offers a cozy space to kick back with comfortable seating, a Smart TV for streaming, and big windows that let in tons of natural light. (The fireplace is not currently available for guest use.)

âą Keyless Entry: The condo is equipped with a smart lock on the front door. Guests will receive their personal door code 72 hours before arrival.
âą Resort Amenities: All registered guests have full access to the extensive amenities of Black Butte Ranch, including the pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, paved bike trails, restaurants, and common areas.
âą Bonus Storage: We also provide private access to a locked storage area containing two guest bicycles, and space to store your own gear (golf clubs, skis, etc.).

âą BBR Daily Resort Fee: Black Butte Ranch charges an additional 12% access and recreation fee on top of the nightly rental rate. This fee is collected through your booking platform and is paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.
âą Damage Protection: Please note that in the event of any damages during your stay, our partner Truvi may reach out to you to assist with resolving the issue.

đ« No Parties / Events: Please do not exceed our maximum guest count (Sleeps 2 adults + daybed nook). Please adhere to local quiet hours of 10 PM until 8 AM. Any noise complaints will result in additional fees.
đ No Smoking: Please refrain from smoking inside or near the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee for odor removal.
đŸ No Pets: We love furry friends, but our home is unable to accommodate pets at this time.
âš Cleaning & Sanitation: The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. We use a thorough and professional cleaning process between each guest.
Smoking is not allowed on the property at any time.
Please use all furnishings and appliances for their intended use.

Renters must display parking pass at all times. Failure to display may result in ticket or towing of vehicle at vehicle owner`s expense.
