✓ Hot Water Tips in a Large Home
Safari Hideaway is a large home with an extended plumbing layout, which means it may take a bit longer for hot water to reach some of the showers—especially those upstairs (the hot water will come- just be patient). This is completely normal and has been confirmed by our builder due to the long distance from the water heater.

The home is equipped with an **extra-large water heater—the largest model available for residential construction at the time of build—**so capacity is not the issue. For large groups, we simply recommend spacing out showers slightly to allow the hot water to recharge. Thanks for your understanding—just one of the small trade-offs that come with enjoying the comfort and space of a home this size and a large group!

✓ Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
✓ Late Check-Out Without Prior Approval Will Incur Penalties:
– Up to 2 hours late: $300 penalty — you will still be required to leave immediately
– More than 2 hours late: Charged the full nightly rate plus a 50% penalty, and you will still be required to vacate the property

Up to 1 hour early check-in or late check-out is complimentary when our schedule allows.
1–3 hours early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for a flat fee:

$300 (Friday & Saturday)
**More than 3 hours may be treated as an additional half-day or full-day rate depending on availability.
