Minne-GetAway's Oak Ridge Estate is a sprawling executive ranch style home at over 3,500+ finished square feet. There is one step up from the front walk into the home at the front door and has been landscaped to feature shrubbery native to Minnesota and beautiful hydrangeas in the warmer months. This home features an astounding 6 bedrooms with 5.5 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are en-suites with an attached private bathroom and walk-in closets, two are located on the main floor while the other en-suite is located in the walk-out basement level.

This charming home faces east and you can enjoy the warm summer nights on the new Trex decking that faces west. Oak Ridge Estate is just 1/2 a block from the beautiful Crystal Lake in Burnsville, Minnesota. Enjoy the big game on any of the 3 SmartTVs using our internet streaming services.

Other features include soaring vaulted ceilings, refinished hardwood floors on the main floor, a sleek coat of warm and neutral paint throughout with a newly finished lower level. There are two dining spaces with enough seating to accommodate 12+ people. The custom kitchen allows for ample cooks in the kitchen with a center island, gas range, double wall ovens, an Air Fyer PowerXL, toaster, cook and bakeware, fully stocked dishes, silverware, and cooking necessities like salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cooking oil.

The home is stocked with fluffy bath towels, standard toiletries, linens, extra pillows and blankets, and laundry detergent for the busy travelers!

You will have access to the entire home and garage with complete privacy. Please note we have exterior cameras for safety reasons.

We are available via the VRBO platform and live just 10 minutes from the home.

There is no additional charge for up to 4 guests, it's $25 per additional person per night after 4 guests. Please note, there are 6 beds, 2 kings and 1 queen. There is a sofa in lower level family room and a futon that could sleep 2 in a playroom for additional sleeping spaces to accommodate up to 15.

Please note our basic house rules:

No smoking or vaping allowed inside the property or garage. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged to any guests violating this rule. We've worked hard to curate a smoke-free experience for guests, especially those with asthma. You're welcome to smoke outside however please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

No pets allowed due to owner's severe allergies. A $350 deep cleaning fee will be charged to any guests violating this rule. Many guests ask ahead of time if any pets have been inside a home due to their allergies.

No unauthorized events or parties. We have hosted over 600+ nights with the various short term rental homes in the Twin Cities that we own. We value honesty and transparency with your travel plans. If you have any questions, please contact us via inquiry.

Quiet time starts at 10 PM to 7 AM. The home is fully stocked with linens, toiletries, cookware, silverware, and basic condiments for cooking.

We also have some baby equipment like a high chair, baby swing, etc. on the premises should you need them. Extra guests are $25/per person and you can always reach out with any inquiries. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be available with advance notice for $50.
