The quiet charm of residential streets with palm trees, the easy access to key destinations like North Miami Beach, Hard Rock Stadium, and Wynwood, and the sense of community where neighbors still look out for each other. The Sherbondy Village Community Center is just a short walk away, offering free access to a pool, gym, and basketball court. Local parks like Amelia Earhart offer wide green spaces, and the nearby Tri-Rail station makes regional travel easy.
