Experience a beautiful space with modern luxury located in charming Gaslight Clifton. This spacious apartment has been renovated while maintaining the historical detail.
With over 1,400 sq ft, you`ll have 1 bedroom (King size), a sunroom/office, 1 bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining room and living room.
Free covered parking in the carport and free street parking in front of home.
This 1890âs duplex was recently remodeled and restored in 2022 and 2023. Your apartment is the first floor, boasting 1,400 square feet of space. While the home has had dense rubber underlay to mitigate airborne sound between floors, you may hear footsteps above you!
Within the unit, youâll have 1 bedroom with a large comfortable king bed with an attached full bathroom. Make yourself at home and get comfortable and read a book in the corner reading nook by the window.
Additional rooms include a formal dining room, fully stocked kitchen, a living room and a dual function sunroom that can be used as an office space, extra seating
Outside you will have access to lounge on the front porch, side porch or back patio, all equipped with various seating.
Youâll have access to the home via the front door (door on the right - 353), as well as a door directly from the driveway into the kitchen on the side of the house. Youâll have keyless, self check-in at your convenience
Guests may access the front porch, first floor of the home, carport for parking and backyard.
The guest will not have access to the upstairs unit, back stairwell, the basement or laundry (at this time).
