Welcome to Uptown Peach -- a playful, inviting home (sleeps 5) perfectly situated for touring Waco & Central Texas!

Inside the 2 bed/1 bath home you will find modern decor, 2 bedrooms with comfy beds (1 king and 1 queen), a relaxing living room with sofa bed (queen) and smart TV, a full-size kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, and endless delightful details! You`ll have exclusive, private use of the interior of your home, accessed using the digital keypad lock.

Also within the gated courtyard, a comfortable outdoor space features a hot tub, 2 fire pits, picnic tables, seating, and a gas grill. Snap fun, post-worthy photos using the colorful peach-themed murals as your backdrop! These outdoor amenities are shared with the other 3 homes in the Uptown Peach quadplex.

Uptown Peach is nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and the gated courtyard ensures privacy; yet the heart of Waco`s upbeat nightlife is just down the street! Enjoy a fantastic variety of restaurants, breweries, and hangouts ~ even live music!

In the morning, walk only a block to popular Pinewood Coffee Bar! You`ll be fewer than 3 miles from downtown (the Silos!), Magnolia Table, McLane Stadium, Foster Pavilion, all things Baylor, and more!

Free guest parking with 2 EV plug ins is located behind the property. Ride share (Uber is most popular) & delivery services (Door Dash, Walmart, H-E-B, and more) frequent the neighborhood.

* No parking on Washington Street - free guest parking is accessed via the alley behind the property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
* Smoking is prohibited on the property.
* Guest will be required to sign Rental Agreement prior to check-in.
* You`ll have exclusive, private use of the interior of your home & breakfast patio. Outdoor spaces and amenities are shared with all guests in the Uptown Peach quadruplex.
* Guest support is available via chat during your stay.
* One pet is welcome upon request with a $50 pet fee.
* For our guests’ safety and peace-of-mind, security cameras monitor access to the property.
* There is no lock preventing access to the hot tub. Children, pets, and vulnerable adults should be supervised when around this area.
* In order to give housekeeping staff the day off, our calendar does not permit check-in on Sundays.
