Welcome to Unit 1203—a spacious, stylish, and family-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bath beachfront condo at Phoenix Gulf Shores II that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Whether you’re traveling with a large family or multiple couples, this beautifully designed condo offers the space, comfort, and luxury you’re looking for.
The master suite includes a king-size bed, private balcony access, an accent chair, and a relaxing en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is uniquely arranged with two queen beds, plus twin loft bunks above each queen—great for kids, teens, or extra guests.
The third bedroom also offers two queen beds, and its bathroom features a large walk-in shower with access from both the bedroom and the hallway for added convenience.
The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, providing options for everyone in your group.
In the living room, enjoy the expansive floor-to-ceiling Gulf-front windows, a huge, plush sectional, accent chairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV—a perfect gathering space for relaxing after a day at the beach.
