The Beach House est situé à deux pas de Tobacco Bay et à quelques pas de la ville de St. George.

À propos de l'espace:
La maison est une maison de plage moderne de deux Ă©tages.
Le rez-de-chaussée a une salle familiale à aire ouverte équipée de toutes les commodités luxueuses dont vous auriez besoin, comme Internet haute vitesse / WiFi, Internet TV, un 50 "T. V et un systÚme surround.
Le rez-de-chaussée dispose également d'un bar de petit-déjeuner avec une vue imprenable sur l'eau.
La cuisine moderne également au rez-de-chaussée a des appareils en acier inoxydable tels qu'un lave-vaisselle, une cuisiniÚre à gaz et un grand réfrigérateur et un four micro-ondes. Le rez-de-chaussée a également une salle de bain complÚte.
Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage a une deuxiĂšme salle de bain complĂšte, la chambre principale avec un lit king size, un dressing et un grand balcon donnant sur Tobacco Bay.
Le balcon est parfait pour une sieste l'aprĂšs-midi dans le hamac ou pour profiter d'un dĂźner au coucher du soleil.
La deuxiĂšme chambre Ă©galement au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage a un lit Queen avec vue sur l'eau.
Dans le couloir, il y a un placard Ă  linge avec rangement pour les bagages.

David’s home was PARADISE My family and I were able to enjoy gorgeous views and were so comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable and the home was clean and felt like home. I’d visit again

Just beautiful!

We had a quick getaway and just loved this place. Close to Tobacco Bay and a short walk to town. Host was great as well. We will definitely try to get this place for our next trip!

The beach house in Tobacco Bay was exactly as advertised and in a prime location. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We highly recommend the beach house.

Amazing spot and location

We had the best time
. Walked to town, rented scooters, found the best taxi driver. A perfect spot, exactly what we needed. Owners were very communicative and accommodating

Bermuda birthday!!

Davids place is wonderful. David provides everything someone would need for a comfortable stay. It is a perfect location for walking about, with a gorgeous beach across the street. Quiet neighborhood. And the people of Bermudans are lovely, kind and friendly people! Would recommend this VRBO and this island to anyone.

Beautiful view of Tobacco Bay

This was a perfect place to stay for a quiet trip in St. George's. We loved the property, it had everything we needed and the view overlooking Tobacco Bay was great. The property is about a 12-15 min walk into town, but is across the street from the Tobacco Bay Beach Club and a short walk to the St. Regis hotel if you are wanting restaurants. Our host was very responsive and granted us a late check out since our flight was not until later in the afternoon, which was much appreciated.

perfect views

This rental was perfect! The proximity to tobacco bay was amazing, just walk across the street, more like a path. The porch off the second floor gave us a perfect view of the bay. The snorkeling was incredible, we snorkeled everyday. The restaurant on the bay had delicious fish meals. We walked into town everyday for groceries and to explore the historical sights. My only suggestion would be for the owner to add a single bed in the larger bedroom. I slept on the pull out sofa which didn't allow for me to sleep in. Otherwise, it was a perfect vacation. We will be back.

Perfect getaway stay in gorgeous waterfront property

We had a brilliant stay at this accomodation. The location is the best on the island, right on top of Tobacco Bay (with amazing snorkeling and lots of fish). Views were great, accomodation was clean and the owners were incredible. They went so far above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Can't wait to come back again. Would suggest this location to anyone!!!

Anniversary Celebrations

My wife and I and our best friends both celebrated 50+ years of marriage this week. We all enjoyed our stay in Bermuda. The house location was excellent across from Tobacco bay, and a short walk to Fort St. Cathrine and 5 Forts Golf Course. Very enjoyable stay!

Fun getaway

Loved the location. Scooters helped us explore the island. The unit was well stocked and very clean. We made most of our meals. The veiw from the upper patio was amazing.

Best place we’ve ever stayed

We loved every minute of our stay at this gorgeous house right on Tobacco Bay. It had everything we needed and more to make our stay comfortable. The views from the house are amazing and it’s close to town so we could buy groceries or go out. The twizy chargers were very convenient too! The owners are super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Location, location, location

We have nothing but good things to say about this rental, the location, and working with the owners! When I contacted David and Avrel with questions they responded within 15 mins, the location is AMAZING, and the house is adorable, clean, and exactly as advertised. Our only regret was leaving! Can’t wait to get back!

Amazing stay!

We loved this beach home--one of the best rentals ever! David is an excellent host and provides all the needed amenities: comfy beds and linens, kitchen items, fluffy towels, and beach toys. Amazing location with beautiful sea views. Right across a small street from the bay and fantastic walking trails. The neighborhood is lovely and we met great people. It is a short walk to downtown stores, restaurants, and ferry. We felt safer than at home. We hope to visit again!

Incredible location. Great house.

This property is across the street from Tobacco Bay, one of the best beaches in Bermuda. The house has one huge bedroom with an ocean view and porch and one smaller bedroom, and is otherwise basic and clean. A ten minute walk from St George’s, with grocery stores and great restaurants, and a five minute walk from the St Regis. I come here every year and will try to rent this house again. No hassle check in and out.

I grew up in the town of St. George's and i became a business owner and a father in this town. I love boating and watching football. I am a family man who just loves to relax when I can. I love meeting new people and giving them the experience of living on the beach in Bermuda.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I grew up a short walk from Tobacco Bay and as a child my brother and I would come to spend the day at Tobacco Bay almost every weekend. This is and has always been my favorite beach in the entire world. I have so many memories at this beach as a child planning voyages on the sea with my best friends at the time. I was lucky enough to purchase this house as my first home. This was the home I started my family in and ironically if you look out of the bedroom window you can see where i got married at Fort St. Catherine. Why this property? Every morning I would wake up and look out my window it creates the feeling that this is paradise. Having a 180 Panoramic view of the water has a calming affect. This house is the definition of a Beach House. Close enough to see and hear whats going on but far enough that you can have your own private balcony on the beach. This is also the second most popular beach in Bermuda since forever. The Crystal clear turquoise waters will mesmerize you from every room but the bathrooms. Have you ever woken up to an empty calm beach before? It's the best feeling in the world.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Not many houses in Bermuda have a beach front. Even those that are on the beach front do not have a beach front great for kids. Tobacco Bay is an enclosed area. The rocks protect the beach and its visitor's from rough waters and big waves. This is a great location for Children to play. This is also a great place to be social. Tobacco Bay Beach Bar is vibrant in the day, I will encourage any guest that stay here to go and have a look. Also this house is great if you just want to be on the beach all day and not be in the sun. Our balcony offers shade up until 4pm when the sun starts to set. Then you are in for a treat. The sunsets here are phenomenal. Everyday in the summer many people gather at Tobacco Bay to watch the sunset.
