All new construction, Sioux Falls is waiting for you at this lovely 2-bedroom sleeps seven home .Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar A very clean home with a cozy living room perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedrooms offer a serene atmosphere with a king, Bed bathroom with large walk-in shower and walk-in closet the second bedroom offers a queen, and twin bed to accommodate all guests. Second full bath has tub and shower The living room offers a queen pullout couch to make you feel right at home Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a washer and dryer we are one of the few homes that is licensed by the state and the city of Sioux Falls South Dakota we are located on a private road. Itâs actually a dead end loop so very little traffic very quiet neighborhood. We are only 10 minutes from Sanford sports complex about nine minutes from downtown Sioux Falls and only a block and a half from a 27 mile bike trail we are approximately 11 minutes from the Falls which is a fantastic place for Christmas We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at Prairie Haven, we await for your arrival also there is no basement or use of garage.

I grew up in Sturgis South Dakota. My wife grew up in Salem South Dakota. We are retired and I think hosting a house is our midlife crisis. We had no idea that we would ever enjoy it this much we have been pretty much self-employed with our last project was the building of four homes which these last two decided to keep and make short term rentals about a year ago. I kind of got into woodworking. so in the house youâll see a chess board coffee table that I made as you enter the home, youâll see a little sit down bench that I made.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This neighborhood is pretty tough to beat if you enjoy just sitting out watching traffic go by this probably is not the property for you. We have a very quiet neighborhood very safe. Every once in a while, somebody will be out walking there dog in the street and we await for the Amazon delivery van to drive-by are probably the two most exciting things that happen in our neighborhood And the best part is, we are only minutes from everything hospitals entertainment Sioux Falls fantastic downtown Events and of course, maybe not world famous But the Sioux Falls waterfalls itâs just a fantastic city in the home. Youâll find a book of our favorite places, great food, great entertainment, and all kinds of special events always we want you to have a fantastic stay but sorry no parties no events. We are not an event hall. There are a lot of great event Halls in Sioux Falls. We are just not one of them.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
I know I keep breaking about the house being new but you know itâs extremely clean you walk in and it doesnât have that old house smell Thereâs a couple of things that makes his property I think unique itâs location and the very quiet safe neighborhood we do have Iâm not sure if itâs one or two Prairie dogs they live close by somewhere If you have children, we hope you get a chance to see them .though they are very quick and then most days there is a dog that walks by apparently going to a friends house and then usually about four or 5 oâclock he walks back and if you happen to be outside he might stop stare at you for 15 seconds to see what youâre doing and then be on his way the other day we had a wild turkey walk-through the yard and about a week ago we had a deer walk on the corner of the property and we are actually in the city of Sioux Falls, I donât know just kind of unique
