Relax in the screened in 4 season porch or by the fire pit, cook gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and enjoy modern furnishings alongside traditions of the Lake House. This 3 bd/2 ba retreat for up to 6 guests offers a screened in climate controlled porch, outdoor patio, Grill, and firepit, providing a peaceful escape to unwind and connect.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor areas, excluding:

A locked storage closet inside the primary bedroom closet
All outdoor storage buildings and ADU

Paved and Gravel parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Boats welcome—plenty of launch options within 10 minutes.


Pets

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved (Non-shedding) dogs for a $25 per pet fee.
Please keep pets leashed, off furniture/bedding, and clean up after them (bags provided). If your dog prefers the couch or bed, bring your own protective covers. (you will be charged an extra fee for shedding pets)

Rules

No parties or events
No smoking or vaping indoors, on the back porch, or within 10 feet of the house ($300 fee if violated)
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Max occupancy: 6 guests
No campers, tents, or RVs
Minimum age to rent: 25
Photo ID is required to verify age after booking.

Ring doorbell at the front entrance
Exterior camera at Garage (motion-activated)
No indoor cameras

Wildlife & Nature

Expect visits from deer and other local critters — please enjoy from a distance. Bugs are a natural part of the lake life experience. While pest control is regularly maintained, sightings may occur. No refunds will be given for wildlife or pest encounters.
