Designed for comfort and connection, Alder Row blends bright interiors with a laid-back backyard lounge, perfect for slow mornings, focused work sessions, and cozy nights by the fire. Whether you're visiting for business, family, or fun, this home makes it easy to relax, recharge, and stay productive.

It’s a great space for gathering with your group, enjoying a movie on the Smart TV, or simply stretching out with a book or board game. Large windows let in natural light during the day, while cozy lighting and thoughtful touches make it just as inviting after sunset.

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need for easy meals, including a full-size fridge, electric stove, microwave, and a double-basin sink beneath a sunny window. A complimentary coffee station with pods, drip machine, and spice rack are provided to make mornings a breeze. You’ll also find cookware, dishes, utensils, and prep space that flows naturally into the adjacent dining area, which seats four comfortably.

🔑 You'll have full access to the home’s interior spaces—including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, laundry area, and private backyard. While this is one side of a duplex, there are no shared interior or exterior spaces, and you'll have your own private entrance. 🔑 Check-In Process: Your unique entry code and check-in instructions will be added to your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels to make your stay more comfortable.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half hour late.



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests can be arranged upon request (based on availability). These fees help cover extra scheduling or cleaning needs.
