This newly furnished condo is the perfect getaway for your family beach vacation. Close to Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey Beaches, shopping, grocery stores and the best restaurants this area has to offer. Located on route 1, only 3 miles from downtown Rehoboth (by car) where you can relax on the beach or take a walk on the boardwalk. Our condo is very clean, stylish, and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Free parking on premises, smart TV, WiFi.
The space
Our condo is located on the second floor( walk-up stairs )and offers the perfect beach retreat with a wide open layout, hardwood floors, with both bedrooms located on either side of the kitchen offering privacy for families or couples. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms. There is the kitchen, the dining room, living room, laundry room and a screened porch with water views.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a high quality memory foam mattress. Rest assured you will feel like sleeping on o cloud. There is a dresser with a mirror, a walk-in closet, and it’s own private bathroom with double sinks, lots of counter and storage space and a walk in shower. The bathroom it’s stocked with everything you need to use, towels, hair drier, full size shampoo and conditioner, body wash, mouth wash and even body wash for kids if needed.
The quest room has a queen-sized bed with the same high quality memory foam mattress to give you the best sleep. The lamps on the nightstands come with built-in USB port built into the base, allowing you to charge smartphones and other handheld devices. There is also a dresser for you to store your personal things. The closet in this bedroom it’s locked for the owners’ use only. The hall bathroom has a tub and it’s stocked with everything you need.
The kitchen has an oven, a four burner electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee station. There is everything you need to cook a meal, from pots and pans, a block set of knives to condiments. Plates, glasses and coffee mugs are there for you to use.
The living room has a smart TV that you can stream your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon prime, Peacock, Hulu or Disney Plus.
Enjoy your morning coffee on our screened porch with water views of the community pond. The additional storage on the porch has 2 beach chairs for your use.
We provide bath towels, bed linens and extra blankets.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
