We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful grounds, marina, pools, BBQ area, and convenient location, and we appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness. We were, however, a little surprised by the overall tone of the review given how much personal attention we provided throughout your stay. We went out of our way to assist with marina reservations, shared many of our favorite local fishing and snorkeling spots, and were readily available whenever you had a question. Our goal is always to make our guests’ experience as enjoyable and seamless as possible—not simply to provide a house and hand over the keys. We understand that every guest has different preferences and that no property will be perfect for everyone. We also take legitimate suggestions seriously and are always looking for ways to improve. That said, we’re proud of the experience we provide and of the hospitality and personal attention that have resulted in a long history of five-star reviews. In fact, this is the first review we have received that was anything less than five stars. While it’s certainly disappointing when a guest doesn’t experience the property in the same way that so many others have, we choose to view every review as an opportunity to learn and grow. We’ll continue striving to provide the exceptional hospitality that our guests have come to expect from us.
