This recently renovated condo is located on first floor on a two-family building that is uniquely set back from what is a very quiet residential street in a quiet section of the Roxbury neighborhood in Boston. The property is surrounded by similarly renovated/new construction buildings having benefitted from a full gut renovation late 2020 by a commercial developer that utilized high quality materials to complete the modern aesthetic.
