Although our house is secluded, we are close proximity to mutiple golf courses and less then 1 mile from the Tuscobia Trail for ATV's and snowmobiles. Our drive way allows for easy access for trailers and vehicles. Main level living room features stunning lakes views, an additional spacious basement family room with a cribbage table and reading nook allows plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. All the comforts of home to enjoy include all the necessary kitchen utensils, linens, towels, WiFi, heating, washer and dryer machine, additional refrigerator in garage entry and AC. Bedrooms Sleep 8 with 1 bath having a shower only and the other bath a tub/shower combination for your convenience. Relax on the lakeside covered deck and listen to the wildlife on the lake or take a short stroll to the lake and watch the sunset. Warm up the cool mornings with the gas fireplace and a cup of coffee while listening to the birds. Large lakeside fire pit offers the best opportunity to close out the evening with a view. Close proximity to ATV trails, 5 golf courses, a distillery and numerous restaurants to visit. 2 Kayaks and 1 one Canoe, a 24' Dock with seating at the lake provided for your enjoyment. Plenty of parking available for ATV or boat trailers.

Tuscobia Lake: Tuscobia Lake is small but scenic, a spring-fed lake that offers something for every season. Full of fish to be caught, featuring pan fish, large mouth bass and northern.

*Spring: Excellent bluegill and crappie fishing - right off the 24' dock.

*Summer: Shallow and warmer waters bring lily pads and weed growth, making canoeing and kayaking the ideal way to enjoy the lake.

*Fall: Cooler temperatures clear the water again and surrounding landscape bursts into vibrant autumn colors.

*Winter: Ice fishing can be done on Tuscobia, but caution and knowledge of the lake to know where the open springs are is necessary. The north side of the Lake is more known for Ice fishing with its depths up to 25'.
