La cuisine a été entièrement rénovée, les planchers ont été réalisés, tous les meubles nouvellement peints et neufs. Le bain maître a maintenant une douche à l'italienne. Il existe de nouvelles télévisions et des appareils électroménagers. Il y a un lit king en peluche dans le maître, une reine et un jumeau dans la deuxième chambre, et quatre lits superposés dans la troisième chambre plus petite. Ce condo est le condo au rez-de-chaussée parfait pour votre famille de passer ses vacances.

A week away

The property was clean and perfect in every way, except that I picked the place specifically for the outside hot tub. Once checked in I learned that the exterior pool and hot tub were only open from 9am to dusk.

Snowbird trip

Office stay very helpful and responsive. Check in and out was easy. Very clean facilities, groomed grounds, beautiful outdoor pool space and new boardwalk to a gorgeous beach. Unit was fairly clean, somewhat dated but otherwise was very enjoyable. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

It was a bit of a walk out to the beach, though. The condo had nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Just be aware that a hair dryer is not provided.

Great location for families

Unit was in a great location- especially for families with young children. Located on 1st floor near pool and boardwalk. There were not many start up supplies, but I placed an insta cart order and picked up what I needed at Publix 5 minutes away. No extra linens or beach towels, saw a couple roaches - but it is Florida:) Overall a great deal for the cost. Grocery carts and rolling carts available to help unload your things.

Last 2 weeks of our 2022 snowbird trip

I give the resort location and amenities, and the condo location within the resort, 5+ stars. We were just steps away from the beach, pool, hot tub and gym, all of which are awesome. Our condo was adequately equipped; the furniture and beds were comfortable, the appliances worked well and it had all we needed in the way of kitchen supplies and utensils. Our only issues, both minor, were a nasty looking grill, replaced by the host several days after we arrived, and extremely loud bathroom fans that were somewhat useless in removing steam.

A Nee Favorite Condo

My husband and I love coming to St Augustine Beach and this time couldn’t get a place in our favorite condo. We decided to try Colony Reef Club - and it was great! First of all, check in is at the Welcome Center on site - so easy!! So nice to not have to go off site to get and return keys! And every unit has a beach view! The sunrises were incredible! And the beach access is really convenient for residents. They were, however, doing retailing and resurfacing of the pool area so that was unavailable to us. And the work was pretty loud as they worked long hours. This unit was nice because two of the rooms had king size beds (not easy to find). Also, there is a full sized dining table in this unit…not a small or cramped area. We really liked this unit and the whole condo complex.

Great Place for a Holiday!

Stores were close and easy to access. The only drawback was not getting into St. Augustine because of the crowds, but the facility gave us plenty to do!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only issue was broken washer, unable to do laundry for a few days. Ended up washing clothes in the sink until able to do so in the main office. However the washer in the office ruined multiple pieces of clothing as well as the stainless steel sink ruined some new white shirts. The condo wasn't very clean either but we made due and cleaned when we arrived. This however won't impact us staying again next year.

Colony Reef Unit 3101

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was said to be gold level. We would not agree. The condo was not clean when we arrived, ants were in the kitchen due to a previous spill, glass was still on the floor, kitchen cups were dirty, windows did not open, no screen on bedroom slider which did not open as well. The staff took care of the ant problem quickly but overall we were disappointed with this condo. We have stayed there previously and were pleased.
