As you walk in from the large front porch you will find an open living area conducive of the living room with cable/streaming TV, dining area and well stocked kitchen. Both the King & Queen Bedrooms are equipped with TVs (cable) & ensuite bathrooms comprised up stand up showers. Wind down after a memorable beach day with a refreshing drink in a rocking chair on the front porch, or gather around the picnic table for a grilled meal. Enjoy the best of Folly, with both the beach & downtown Folly which is only a leisurely 3.5 block stroll away. Easily walk or rent a golf cart to go to the beach. An excellent choice for those seeking a convenient base to explore everything this beloved island has to offer.

Folly Haven has all the amenities to make your vacation one of comfort and ease. Amenities include keyless entry, contactless check-in, free Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, Cable TV, washer/dryer, central heat and A/C, gas grill, large yard, and 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call staff. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided.

4 Parking spots are available under the house. Please park under home and not in our front yard. Ride shares are scarce on the island, so if using, please plan accordingly.

Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island and walk to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Get unique souvenirs while supporting local businesses at the quaint beach stores, or the Folly Beach Farmers Market and the Art Market, which take place select days of the week during peak seasons and holidays.

Downtown Charleston is only a 25 minute drive away. Enjoy strolling or taking a carriage ride through historic scenery. Charleston offers world-class restaurants, boutique shopping, tours specializing in history, ghosts, and culinary arts, art galleries, souvenir shopping down the Market area, and so much more! Walk along the harbor at The Battery, Waterfront Park, or go off the beaten path to find cobblestone streets and Rainbow Row. Take the kids to the South Carolina Aquarium or the Kids Museum. Several theaters around town host plays, concerts, and comedy shows. There's always plenty to do!

​​​​​​​Home is non-smoking and please NO smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
