Chaque soir, profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le golfe. Profitez de la faune sur le quai, la diversité des oiseaux est incroyable! Faites du kayak dans les mangroves ou dirigez-vous vers la plage, autant de façons de vous détendre et de profiter de vos vacances!

Contactez-nous pour rester avec des enfants, il n'y a pas de clôture entre la maison et l'eau. Veuillez vous renseigner sur les animaux.

Maison pour 8 personnes avec 2 chambres (1 lit Queen en maître, lit superposé et Queen en 2e chambre), et un lit Queen Murphy. Cuisine entièrement rénovée et entièrement fonctionnelle et barbecue à gaz extérieur. Quatre kayaks et deux planches à pagaie sont disponibles.

La véranda projetée dans la cuisine offre des sièges de bistrot, c'est un endroit idéal pour observer les oiseaux avec du café! Notre terrasse sur le toit avec des sièges de salon offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe, une façon incroyable de regarder le soleil plonger dans la mer! Nous avons également ajouté une salle de sport entièrement fonctionnelle - haltères, cloches de bouilloire, barres de traction, et plus encore! Amazing place to relax!

Just what we needed.

The house was everything we needed. We were in town on an unexpected trip due to a family emergency and this house met our needs perfectly. It was clean and comfortable, a refuge after long days. If we were in town for a vacation, it's a great location with kayaks, a work out area, and right on the canal.

Very nice.

The house was nice and as pictured in the listing. The owner was very cooperative and responded immediately to my texts. There is a nice view of the gulf, but you have to drive every day to get to a beach. Due to my age and medical issues I found all the stairs to be quite challenging., but it is still a nice place to stay.

Awesome place on the water!

We booked the property while it was being built with no pictures of the inside. It was beautiful and of course very clean due to the newness. Great house on the water. Plenty of space for multiple families and kids. The kayaks and swim spa were great for the kids to experience. Owners are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. Looking forward to staying here again!

Awesome house! Even better host!

We have rented for many years from VRBO for our family. We have a wide range of ages so it's usually difficult to find a house that works. The Mangrove Manor was perfect. The house is immaculately clean, spacious, wonderful amenities. The host was so responsive and answered any questions or concerns that we had before and during our stay. I can not say enough good things about this vacation home or the hosts. It will not disappoint!!

Mangrove Manner Vacation

The Mangrove Manner was magnificent! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the space, amenities and spectacular views! We have seen many animals in our travels around the world, but the active and abundant wildlife that live in the mangrove ecosystem marveled us every day! We saw a hammerhead shark, manatee, stingrays, dolphins and other beautiful sealife! In addition, my family enjoyed the massive swim spa and fishing off the dock! Finally, we thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise and sunset views (of the canal, mangrove and gulf) from our third story master bedroom! We highly recommend this VRBO—it’s a true piece of paradise and Nikki is an excellent host and communicator—thank you. Nikki!

Beautiful property!

We booked this property for a family reunion, there were eight adults total. The whole house was perfect for our family and gave everyone the privacy they needed, but yet had wonderful gathering spaces to enjoy the beautiful views of the gulf. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the upper deck, and had dinners on the living room deck, enjoying the sunsets over the canal. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great addition as we enjoyed the water and the wildlife. Nikki was a great host and very communicative. She responded quickly and the check in process went smoothly. I highly recommend this property as it was very clean and nicely updated. So many amenities including a nice washer and dryer to wash up after a day at the beach. The master suite was my favorite with its private deck, views, and coffee bar and mini fridge. Overall, a great place to stay!

Amazing sunset views!

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the decks and seeing all of the different birds in the mangroves. Nikki was extremely responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay again.

He had a great time! Lonnie is really nice and respond to your message really quick. The dock is a little old and broken and 1 of the layaks is missing A paddle. Overall the experience was really good! I will recommend it

Scalloping Weekend

We had a great weekend of Scalloping! 5 of us were able to stay comfortably and we got to witness some great sunsets! If you bring a boat, getting in and out can be an issue. You need to be very aware of the tides.

Beautiful Sunsets

I was so happy with this location. From the sunsets to the kayaking and fishing. Could not of asked for a more peaceful vacation. Oh and the dolphins while kayaking at the end of the canal was amazing. Thank you!

I can not say enough about the property manager and owner Nikki ! She sets the standard ! The best I've dealt with. See does not let you hanging or waiting, if there is a problem see will go out of her way to solve it !!! If you can not get along with her, well the problem is YOU !!! He home has just been tastefully updated and well stocked. It is very clean and NO BUGS, not a single ant ! Bathrooms are clean and updated, beds are new and comfortable, nice location. Would most defiantly rent this home again.

The owners went out of their way to accommodate my stay as I recovered from surgery at a near by facility. They rescued me after another VRBO reservation was cancelled by the owners due to Covid19 and the HOA's decision to cancel all reservations. If it wasn't for their compassion I would not have been able to have my surgery. I highly recommend this property. GP

Could have been more diligent with the cleaning

The noise heard everytime a door was opened or closed was irritating, there was a blanket in the dryer I had to fold and put away, salt and pepper shakers were greasy, bathroom rugs were dirty, otherwise the house was pretty clean. I just expected it to be extra clean because of the pandemic.

Home away from Home

Mahogany Snapper, Crevalle Jack, Snook, and Striped Mullet---Just a few species of fish caught off the dock of Casa del Sol or in a provided kayak while dipping a fishing rod near the Gulf. Two dolphins play nearby--a Manatee raises her snout inches from our kayak and blows air before surfacing. We grilled Snapper on the home's six burner BBQ grill and didn't want to leave our comfy confines--if only for a drink after a stroll around the corner visiting the GET HOOKED restaurant and bar. RENT THIS HOME!! Niki was very accommodating. Oh yes---DID I MENTION IT WAS OUR SECOND VISIT HERE?

Gulf shores? We thought it was close to the beach. When I looked for property, I typed gulf shores alabama. This property popped up. I thought Hudson was an inlet from the beach. I asked the owner how far away the beach was and the response was 5 minutes away. It was a park with no beach but a small strip of sand

Wonderful location

Wonderful location on a quiet canal with fantastic birding in the mangroves and canal, and on walks through the neighborhood. The kayaking was great in the canal and the mangroves. We had some issues with the house, but Nikki was very quick to address them. The only con was that the living room furniture was not as comfortable as we would have liked, but we were told that it would be addressed this summer. We had a great time during the two months we rented. Thank you, Nikki and Mike.

Wonderful property

Nikki had everything to make the vacation wonderful. Weather didn’t cooperate but nothing anyone could do about that. Did find a nice dog park that we enjoyed at Anclote Gulf Park. Nikki was extremely attentive. She got back to us right away if we had any questions. Would rent again, ....maybe when it’s a little warmer.

Loved it!

My family and I loved this place! The host could not have been more accommodating! We loved the stand up paddle boards and kayaks! We also fished and manage to catch a beautiful sunset! Would definitely stay there again!!

Amazing Views of Nature

We, three adults and four children, checked into Casa del Sol vacation home July 2018. The home was clean with a fully stocked kitchen (basic spices and plenty of utensils - pots, pans, dishes). Additionally, there were plenty of linens for extra bedding and towels, which came in handy during our water adventures. When we weren’t exploring the local attractions, we enjoyed reading books in the hammock swings and nature watching from the three decks - one atop with terrific views of the gulf and natural hammock of trees, another at ground level to view into the natural landscape across the canal, and a floating dock that allows the viewer to almost step into the wildlife estuary surrounding the home. The children enjoyed greeting a family of ducks, including ducklings each morning and delighted in watching the turtles and fish throughout the day as the dock rose and fell with the tides. The adults spent late evenings viewing and listening for wildlife on the rooftop deck which yielded amazing experiences as we heard wild hogs, owls and other predators going about their nightly business. Amazing! We spent a couple of days visiting the local fresh water springs at Three Sisters. The kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming, hiking and riding the trolley. The home is located near restaurants and grocery stores. Within walking distance of the home is a seafood restaurant and an ice cream parlor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return as we didn’t have a chance to visit all of the attractions and activities available, yet. If you enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding, the dock is set up to easily put in and take out your gear. The home offers equipment as well if you did not bring your own.

Great residence to stay for a visit

Thank you for sharing your home. Everything we needed was at the residence. We enjoyed the sunsets on the upper deck with a glass of wine and the neighborhood outdoor bar's music to relax to. There was so much wildlife to observe from a variety of birds including a bald eagle to a variety of water life including a dolphin on the last morning of our stay. Nikki was always very prompt if there was a question-within 10 minutes! There are a variety of good restaurants near, plus a fully equipped kitchen for preparing any meals. We did vacation with our lab and there is a nearby pet-friendly beach. We did bring our dog's portable electric fence, just so he wouldn't decide to jump in the canal; even tho there is a front fenced yard. Our mission for this vacation was to relax and unwind, but also to determine if we would like to relocate to this area. Thus said we didn't take advantage of all the water sports that were so easily accessible at this location and I would highly recommend taking advantage of from this residence. Hi! I'm Nikki. My husband Mike and I purchased this property in April 2017. We've spent the last couple of months building this amazing new two story home. We hope to someday use this home as our retirement home but for now we want to share it with you!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We loved that this house is in a peaceful neighborhood with great neighbors. We especially LOVE the nightly sunsets that will forever be unspoiled! The mangroves, between our dock and the Gulf, cannot be built on. We couldn't be more lucky!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Amazing sunsets and so much wildlife! The mangrove is full of stingrays and at least 5 kinds of fish. We have been lucky enough to kayak with dolphins and manatees! Every day we are greeted by a new and interesting bird from the Great Blue Heron to the Roseate Spoonbill - it is never dull!
