Notre chalet familial sur le lac Hutchins est parfait pour les escapades en famille! Notre maison est entièrement meublée et dispose d'un grand porche avec une grande vue sur le lac et les couchers de soleil du Michigan pur.

Notre promenade dans la plage est unique dans la région - idéale pour construire des châteaux de sable et des feux de joie. Le lac Hutchins est un fond de sable alimenté par une source, tous les lacs de sport - vous pouvez apporter votre propre bateau!

Nous sommes situés dans une impasse calme à seulement 15 minutes de Saugatuck et à 20 minutes de la Hollande.

Loved the house and the lake. Great fishing, caught a 30 inch Northern. Plenty of room for the 8 adults. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to return soon

Sunsets and swans

The cottage is newly renovated and equipped with everything you need. Three of the four bedrooms have enough beds for a family and the livingroom is open and cofortable. We ended everyday with a sunset and swans enjoyed watching the swan

Bday trip with family.

Beautiful views of the lake in a quiet secluded area. Very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. Found some antique shops nearby that were fun to visit.

A Vacation Delight

This is a beautifully maintained property on a quiet street. It has a lovely private beach, and very clean and nicely decorated interior. There is much to do in the area (I highly recommend the Saugatuck Dune BuggyTour forbothchildren and adults), but the “base camp” is so great that it is tempting to spend every minute there. I can hardly wait to return!

Cozy and quiet home on a beautiful lake

Our stay was planned for just before the Tulip Festival in Holland. The weather for the majority of our stay was very nice. We enjoyed relaxing lakeside with a campfire and did some kayaking and fishing in clear lake water. I can only imagine the nice sandy beach in the summer! The screened in porch is a nice area to relax in the evening and enjoy playing cards or games. Such a spacious house with with a nice layout for 4 bedrooms. This gem is nestled in a quiet neighborhood you won't want to leave!

A little slice of private paradise

We couldn't imagine our good fortune in finding this home to stay in. This home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe here and enjoyed the comfortable beds and recliners. It's in a great location and we didn't feel far away from all the places we wanted to see. The property owners were kind and easy to contact if we needed to. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home and setting

We very much enjoyed our stay. I took a ladies church group for a relaxing weekend and the setting did not disappoint. The house was well stocked and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised that they had a large stock of wood for the fire pit/fireplace. The only issue we had was that the sleeping arrangements were not as described. There were bunk beds in two of the rooms. It wasn't a huge issue, although a 50 year old woman had to climb up to the top bunk, but it would have been had I filled all the beds. Just be aware that 4 of the beds are bunks.

Thanksgiving stay

Great plase to stay with friends and family. The owner is very communicative and always ready to help. My family and friends enjoyed the stay and I will definitely recomend this place to anyone who want to spend some quality time outside the urban area.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our family. We attended a wedding located on the same lake. We booked early and the price was very reasonable. The property was absolutely SPOTLESS! I have never rented a home that was as well kept as this house. The property offered everything we needed for a fall weekend trip. It would be an excellent location to rent again in the summer months.

Great Stay Again, Two Years in a Row

Our family of 5, with three boys under 10 years old, have stayed here twice now over the past two years. It is a quiet location with tons of fun to be had in the area, but also easy to just relax and enjoy the Hutchins Lake. Thank you for another great stay!

Another Amazing Year

We stayed at the cottage for our fourth year in a row and once again had a wonderful family vacation. We absolutely love our stays here. The kids enjoy the beach, the shallow water, the lilipad, and boating. They look forward to this trip every year. We had outstanding communication and a stay without any issues. Just as expected! Fantastic place to stay!!

This was our 3rd year staying here and it get better every year!! The lake is beautifull and shallow for about a 100 feet out from the shore, so there was no worries about the grand kids playing out there.
