As you enter the home on the lower level, you're greeted by a welcoming sitting area, an ideal spot to kick off your shoes and hang your gear after a day outdoors. This level also includes access to the garage and the first of four bedrooms. Outfitted with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and its own en-suite bathroom, it's a great space for kids or teens to make their own.

On the main level, the open-concept living area is designed for gathering. The living room centers around a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, with large windows that frame the surrounding mountain views. Two oversized sectionals and additional chairs offer plenty of space to stretch out and unwind, whether it's a family movie night or a quiet morning by the fire. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy a fully outfitted outdoor space complete with a grill, fire pit, and ample seating to soak in the crisp mountain air.

The kitchen is both spacious and stylish, featuring stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a center island with bar seating for three. A large dining table with seating for eight sits between the kitchen and living room, making it easy to gather for meals or games. A convenient half bath is located just off the common area.

The primary suite is tucked just off the living room and offers a king-size bed, balcony access, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a waterfall shower and deep soaking tub, perfect for ending the day in total relaxation.

On the upper level, you'll find a second living area with an L-shaped sofa and TV, along with a dedicated desk space and a home gym for those looking to stay active. Two more bedrooms are located on this floor, each with a queen-size beds. One includes its own en-suite bathroom, while the other shares a nearby full bath.
