➤ Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit ($10) or a damage waiver ($35) through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.

➤ The Pool is closed from September 26 until April 2026.

➤ The city water is pretty harsh so you'll see sediment build up around the faucets, shower and toilets

➤ Bookings made within 48–72 hours before check-in have a standard check-in time of 7 PM. If you need an earlier check-in (as early as 4 PM), let us know ASAP and we'll do our best to accommodate.

➤We provide basic starter supplies like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few essentials. These are complimentary but not meant to last your entire stay.
