This little guest cottage is mountain-style dressed up with modern day decor and features a convenient kitchenette, complete with dishes, cooking utensils, stove, cooktop, microwave, toaster oven and a small fridge. We like to say "bring spices and food and you are all set!" Private bathroom with shower. The loft accessible by new spiral staircase has a KING bed and a chest of drawers. This cabin is comfy and cozy for two, but welcomes up to 2 adults and maybe a child (3 adults is not an option). And the kids will truly be one with nature (as will you) with acres to explore, frogs to find, birds to watch, swings overlooking views, swings by the creek, zipline over the creek, stones to skip ... the list goes on and on. The front porch is covered so you can sit on the swing and listen to the birds singing and expect a lot of flying wildlife on property! The deck is complete with a hot tub for you to take in the stars while relaxing alongside your 1000+ feet of Little River frontage access! There is also an outdoor table and chairs to dine out. The property has so much to offer. Beautiful seasonal flowers can be found all over the property for your enjoyment. Picnic spots are also available throughout the property to rest your legs or simply sit to enjoy your own slice of mountain life. You will see some wildlife, as there is an abundance. There are also two ponds on your property, just watch out for our ducks! Tube down the lazy river or stroll through the vegetable garden, relax, sit back, take a load off, you have earned it. You deserve it! You are sure to find something that will be a memory to take home.

WHO IS OUR TYPICAL GUEST? Curated equal parts for adventurous couples and families AND non-adventurous couples looking to simply unplug and recharge AND groups looking to have their own space while vacationing together. Not an adventure trip for you? Not to worry, most guests are not and have been vacationing with us since before we added the adventure! You will find couples seating everywhere, swings to enjoy, land art to discover, a beach to relax on and read or sit by a fire pit and who doesn't enjoy watching the beloved farm animals (currently ponies, goats, bunnies, alpacas, ducks & variety of birdlife).



This is a shared farm with multiple cabins and shared amenities. Guests have full access to 20+ acres of manicured farm, just not access into any other cabins. Walk right into the petting zoo & bird aviary (use common sense as goats will push over a child for a carrot), fish from the banks or bridge, tube down the river, tube down the slide, find two ziplines, try your hand at axe throwing or PICKLEBALL... Step a little outside your comfort zone, it's all part of the experience!

Easy access to property. Although this is NOT a "4x4 required" type property during the winter months, we will always recommend 4x4 whenever there is snow or ice on the ground. The entire area is 4x4 required during an ice storm or blizzard though! No steep inclines too and from the property and located off a state-maintained road.



No Extra Visitors Allowed to visit the Farm other than approved guests staying in the cabin. No Holiday Day Arrivals or Departures.

Bring veggies to feed the animals (no corn or sweet feed allowed).
