We call this the Premium Sun & Sand Paradise because, on the 14th-floor corner of the Mandalay Beach Club, the views aren't just a featureâthey are the lifestyle. Whether itâs the early glow of sunrise over the Intracoastal or watching the sun disappear into the Gulf in a brilliant display of colors, this is a home built for shared memories and quiet, private moments.
The Space: Room to Breathe
With over 3,500 square feet, this is one of the largest units in the building. Weâve kept the aesthetic bright and coastal, blending resort luxury with a layout that actually makes sense for families or long-term guests.
â The Living Area: Itâs huge. Thereâs a massive sectional for lounging by the 75â Smart TV, a formal glass dining table that seats 8 under a brilliant chandelier, and even a dedicated "Card Corner" for late-night games.
â The Chefâs Kitchen: The heart of the home. Itâs bright and airy with white cabinets, induction stovetop, and granite counters. We love the breakfast nookâit sits right by the patio door and seats six under its own chandelier.
â The Patios: You have two of the largest private outdoor spaces in the building. From here, you can watch the world go by on Pier 60 or look all the way south to Sand Key.
Bedrooms & Flex Space
â Primary Master Suite: Serene and light-filled with direct patio access. It has his-and-hers walk-in closets and a spa-inspired bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and an electronically controlled walk-in rain shower.
â Second Master Suite: Also features private patio access, a large walk-in closet, and dual vanities.
â Third Bedroom: Perfect for a couple with a queen bed and its own patio retreat.
â The Flex Room: This is one of our largest rooms. It has two twin beds that can convert into a king, plus a closet and a dedicated office-oriented cornerâperfect for remote work during a long-term stay.
