Kitchen was well stocked. Owners were in the main residence on the property grounds but completely gave us privacy. Communication was great. Large TVs in each room with streaming apps. Strong WiFi. Very comfortable place to stay.

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at Grand Park and the space exceeded our expectations as well as the host! There was great communication the entire stay. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. My husband and daughter were extra enthused about an extra fan for each room! Everything was labeled so there was no searching each cabinet for what you need. Also the huge smart TVs were a plus. The space was very clean and cozy. If we are in the area again will definitely stay here again!

Amazing place for baseball families

Our family often visits Grand Park for baseball tournaments and we were getting tired of hotels. This place is perfect for families! The home came equipped with everything! All you need to do is bring yourselves. We highly recommended staying there! Wish we could book this every time we are down there!

Great location

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Grand Park in Westfield and Championship Park in Kokomo. Grand Park was about 7 minutes and Kokomo was about 30 minute drive. The location was ideal situated between the two parks with minimal traffic. The property was in the country off the road a bit it felt very private. Well maintained with a nice grass area for the kids to play. There was a covered porch with table and chairs. The layout of the inside was nice with the bedrooms downstairs for the adults and upstairs was a couple beds and large couch and tv for the boys. The boys mostly stayed upstairs and played video games and watched tv. The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, dishwasher, and laundry. Everything was labeled which was a nice touch as you didn't have to open every drawer or cupboard to find things. The fridge had drinking water and ice cubes on the door that was great for filling water jugs for the games. Communication with the owner was great and I would've felt comfortable asking for something if needed. There was a walking/ biking trail right next to us that looks like it led straight to grand park if you were so inclined to bike or jog to the park. The only negative I can think of was the AC unit was in the upstairs and then vented with a fan to the lower level so it wasn't as cool as we would've preferred but it was a very minor thing. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat if we have another tournament there.

Glad you enjoyed the Barndominium and the close proximity to Grand Park and were able to take advantage of the 2 separate TV rooms/socializing areas. Thank you for the feedback on the AC it will freeze you out if set properly. I am going to add better directions inside the Barndominium to make it more clear on how to make it as comfortable as possible for future guests. You are welcome back anytime! Great place to stay. Was in town for a wedding and needed a place for family members to stay for a few days leading up to wedding. Everything was great. First night we couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work to watch tv, so messaged Terry and within 2 min he responded and between him and I trying different things we got it fixed within a couple minutes. Was very helpful with anything I asked or needed. If in the area will for sure stay here again.

Excellent stay! The location was perfect, just minutes from Grand Park. It was one of the cleanest Vrbo properties we've ever booked, and the host was incredibly friendly with excellent communication throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this property.

We had the best girl trip! Everything was very clean, great kitchenware, comfy beds, washer and dryer came in handy, plenty of amenities if needed. Loved sitting on the covered porch just talking and watching rabbits, birds, and horses. Host was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend!
