Getting Around:

We recommend you arrive by car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains area. As you already know, we offer free parking at the property.



Other Things to Note:

★ STARTER KITS ★ We do supply a starter kit including bar soap, liquid dish soap, dish tabs for dishwasher, toilet paper, laundry pod and paper towels. This will prevent you to have to go to the store the first night but plan to buy more so you are covered during the full length of your stay.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. (Contact us about the rules)

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ KIDS ★ As parents, we know that traveling with the kiddos requires additional luggage. To simplify your stay, we have a pack and play and a high chair for your convenience.

★ NATURE ★ Being in nature means you may encounter some wildlife. Inside the cabin, you might see some harmless insects despite our regular pest control process. They sometimes make their way in between cleans but rest assured that the place is treated regularly. Also, if you are lucky enough to spot any bears, raccoons, turkeys, or mice outside, please keep them there! They are all attracted to the smell of cooking food and garbage. We highly recommend you don't invite them to dinner and DO NOT FEED THEM.

★ FIREPLACE ★ Fireplace is off from April 1st to September 30th.

★ TV and WIFI ★ The cabin offers WIFI in all areas. TV has access to various streaming platforms including Netflix. Guests can log into their accounts. -
