When we first arrived the condo had a horrible smell so we bought some spray and after2 days the smell was gone. The floors were dirty and sticky. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Loved Phoenix IV

We stayed 6 nights at Phoenix IV. It was clean and comfortable with a nice ocean view. We would recommend it to anyone and plan to return.

Checkin process was flawless. Condo was clean, but carpet could be updated in bedroom. Amazing view and great location!

Great location, gorgeous view

Most of these properties are alike, great ocean views, easy to get in and out, plenty of restaurants. This was like the rest. Decor is pretty outdated, but we didn't stay in the condo much. It served its purpose! Would stay again!

Clean place to stay with several items needing repair.

My daughter and I spent a week in this condo and we were overall pleased. Check-in/out was easy. It was clean and appliances worked well. The location was amazing and we loved the balcony that overlooked the beach. We could watch and hang out there when we didn’t want to get sandy. While all the appliances worked well, we were shocked to find that some of the basics are not included in the condo. Lack of basics such as salt/pepper to cook with or dish soap to wash dishes. Additionally, we had 1 small roll of toilet paper and paper towels to use for an entire week. When I called management, they said this was standard and they do not provide these things. Considering the amount we paid a night I would expect these are items that I would be available in a rental.There were several items needing to be repaired. We gave notice to mngmnt about these items and were told they put in a work order soon. When we arrived, there was a full floor tile that had broken out and was missing. It was apparent this was well known beforehand as there was a mat covering it. One of the sliding glass doors had a broken lock. A door to the laundry room area was broken & the ceiling above the shower is stained and needs to be repaired.The final straw was when my teen daughter was home alone taking a nap, a maintenance worker from the building used his access code to gain entry to change an air filter. She was terrified and felt unsafe for the rest of the trip.

Anniversary Getaway

We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary, at this unit, with our son & daughter. It was the perfect little condo for us! The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the proximity was just what we wanted. Every morning, it took just a few steps to set up our umbrella/chairs and then back up for breakfast on the patio. Having the Neighborhood Walmart a couple of stop lights away was nice too. We’ve already checked dates for next year, lol! 😍 Angela- TN

My husband and I came here to getaway for our 30th Anniversary.

The location and condo were perfect! The unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed! The beach was beautiful and we will definitely be returning!

Simply amazing!

Phoenix 4 is right on the main strip and easy to get to. Within minutes of the best eating places and of course, right on the beach. Everything was nice and clean and staff was friendly. We are already planning to stay a full week next year at the same place!
