It was close to the best places to eat right across street you can walk. Easy walk to beach all ramp no steps works great if you use a wagon. Stayed once before and would stay again.
Property overall was very clean, beach was great. The couch(sofa sleeper) was a bit uncomfortable to sit on. Also the king size bed was short in length so a for a tall person, your feet and legs hang off the bed. Very clean and inviting condo.
When we arrived in our room it a foul odor. After leaving the patio door open and air conditioning running for several hours the smell went away. The pain on the doors and walls looked like the company hired a couple of high school kids to patch holes and paint. It was terrible. Once in the restroom there were many black hairs (like those out of a weave) stuck to the walls and the back of one of the doors. The dishes were clean but were put up wet. We had to dry the plates before we could use them. Once in bed there was sand at the foot of the bed under the blanket in between the sheets. They apparently have not been washed since the last renters left.
The Phoenix as a whole was a nice enough place with nice amenities. This is the only condo/complex we have ever stayed that had no ice machine as well.
The best part of our stay was dealing with the ladies at the front desk. They were very accommodating and extremely nice.
When we arrived it took two of us to push the door open. The closet was disabled and dumped onto the bed. No one came to fix that until the next evening. The sofa was some sort of leather futon that was low to the ground and hard as rock. The tv was full of static. The shower handle fell off. We were so uncomfortable that we left a day early.
