Your rental comes with non-covered parking for 2 vehicles and a 25' boat slip which is located just across the street at Rudder Canal #73. Parking for boat/jet-ski trailer is available off site for a fee. Enjoy the community amenities such as the community pool, which includes a hot tub, kiddie pool, and snack bar, the fitness center, athletic courts, playground and four miles of lighted docks along the canals. There is also a small beach area in the community called the Peninsula. And speaking of the beach, the ocean is just a short 7 minute drive. This is an elevator building, making move-in & out a breeze! The condo does not allow smoking or pets.
