Shores of Panama 1011 is a beautifully updated 1 bedroom condo located on the 10th floor. This condo is sure to provide wonderful memories for your family vacation.

The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with cups, plates, utensils, cookware, and most pots/pans one would use to prepare a tasty meal. The bar has seating for 4. There is also a high-top dining table for 2.

The living area has updated and comfortable seating, paired with a large flat-screen TV with HD DirectTV. The sofa is a queen-size sleeper sofa, perfect for 2. The dark, wood-stained leather TV stand adds an air of sophistication to the living room, while the comfortable and cozy couch is great for snuggling up at night. You can turn your favorite show on and prop your feet up on the wooden coffee table to relax after a long day of exploring PCB! Plus, the views from the living room are amazing — gaze at the incredible blue water and white sand beach as you “chill out” in the air conditioning.

To get an up close and personal view of the beach, head out to the balcony directly from your living room. The oversized balcony has plenty of seating and a fantastic view of the Shores of Panama lagoon pool and the beautiful Gulf of America, Mexico, the ocean or whatever you want to call it; note the locals just call it the Gulf. If you want to try a once in a lifetime activity, why not take a fishing trip? This laid-back activity is great for anyone and everyone, whether you are comfortable on the water or are trying this cool sport for your first time. Book a private trip with a professional who can teach you the ways of deep-sea fishing or fishing on one of the many picturesque piers at PCB.

Or, if you are coming to Panama City Beach with your kids, there are tons of fun and exciting activities to do so they are never bored! Along with heading to the bright-white beaches, you can also explore the local theme parks. We recommend checking out Cobra Adventure Park or Shipwreck Island Waterpark to cool down on a hot summer day. There are dozens of rides to choose from, ranging from slow rides for toddlers to jaw-dropping roller coasters for teenagers.

Plus, while your kids enjoy the fun rides, you can check out the park from a birds-eye view at the top of the Skywheel gondola. This perfect viewpoint of the nearby town, beaches, green spaces, and park is a great way to try something different on a cloudless summer afternoon. Not to mention, afterwards you can teach your kids the basics of golfing on the mini-putt course.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
