Une très belle maison LBI Beach très appréciée loin de la maison avec une vue sur l'océan et un accès privé à la plage. À quelques minutes du parc d'attractions Fantasy Island, du centre commercial Iconic Bay Village et de restaurants. Plaisir en famille dans le parc de toboggans, l'arcade et le mini-golf à proximité.
Profitez de votre café du matin tout en regardant le lever du soleil depuis votre terrasse Oceanfront. Un dauphin tôt le matin peut être vu. Sortez sur votre chemin privé en bord de mer vers la magnifique plage de Spray. Passez des moments amusants sur la plage avec votre famille en profitant du temps, puis profitez d'un déjeuner barbecue sur votre terrasse en bord de mer.
Détendez-vous et laissez les bons moments rouler. Des choses simples comme le cerf-volant sont également amusantes avec la pêche du surf océanique.
Les promenades en soirée sur la plage sont des moments faciles et amusants avec votre famille depuis votre maison en bord de mer. Créez de nombreux souvenirs de famille aimants, remplis de plaisir et de rires. Ceux qui viennent à Spray Beach NJ reviennent toujours. Je vais sur cette plage depuis mon enfance. Maintenant, je suis heureux d'emmener mes enfants et ma famille à Spray Beach pour créer ensemble de nouveaux souvenirs précieux. C'est vraiment mon plaisir de voir les familles qui restent chez nous s'amuser à Spray Beach. Ce sont des moments heureux loin du travail sans interruption avec ceux que vous aimez qui créent ensemble des souvenirs d'amour éternels.

Wonderful time!

We stayed here for one week; 3 kids and 2adults. This was perfect for our family- the second floor is pretty spacious for us. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a bbq to use. The location was close to fantasy island and shops; we walked there a few times with the kids. There was everything you would want for the comfort of your own home including laundry, wifi and tv. The views of the beach were amazing. We all loved the warm outdoor showers! The house is near a beachfront hotel and I expected this part of the beach to be crowded but it was not- unsure if it was because we stayed the week before July 4th. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Perfect!

I'm reluctant to say how perfect this rental is for fear it will become so popular that we won't have the opportunity to return. But that's what it is. Perfect! From the cleanliness of the spacious rooms, the views of the sunrises and settings, and the most beautiful beach on LBI to the location in the midst of everything there is to do on a beach vacation, this is the best place we've stayed at over many years of renting on the Jersey Shore. My entire family wants to return again next year!

Wonderful

Thank you! We had a great week and the house worked out perfectly for us. The location was fabulous and the casual vibe of this rental was comfortable, fun, and very relaxed. Spray beach was a huge hit and the water was great. We watched surfers every morning and even saw some dolphins! Dr. Farrell ( the owner) was very responsive to all my pre-booking inquiries. I would not have been able to work out the perfect week for my family and friends without his guidance and patience. We would 💯 come back and stay again! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Beachside gem

When I saw the photos of this property I thought it was too good to be true but this was an amazing find. There's an ocean view from the dining room, living room and balcony, a private path to the beach and two parking spaces. We had 7 people in our group and we fit very comfortably in the home. We're already discussing coming back next summer!

The house was decorated in nice beachy colors which we loved. Very convenient location to main shopping area. We appreciated the indoor and outdoor dining areas because they both had great views. Had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

What a beach house should be

LBI is special, this place is a "beach house", not a mansion built on the beach. It was clean, had what it needed to have, and having the ocean as a neighbor makes visiting LBI a whole different ballgame. The property manager stopped by to check on us, he was a thoughtful, solid guy, which was greatly appreciated. My family hopes to return next year, many thanks.

Labor Day Weekend

Our stay was amazing. The location was ideal and the home was perfect for 5 of us - any more would've been a bit cramped. The only small comment is if you plan to cook, bring your spices.

My children & I had the most wonderful stay at this perfect LBI beach escape over Labor Day wknd! Perfect in every way & cannot wait to return for our next beautiful experience soon! Location, location!

Location, location! Absolutely loved waking up and eating breakfast on the deck overlooking the dunes and ocean. The dedicated path to the beach was so convenient to be able to go down to the beach and have the option of not packing up for the day and be back for lunch. Even if the weather does not cooperate for outdoor eating, the dining room is perched over the dunes, bright, has a beautiful large table for eight, and views in three directions. There is a fish market on the street that we could walk to and grab fresh fish for grilling each night. Dr, Farrell was a joy to communicate with and was so quick at getting back to us with any questions we had. Our only comment, because we love to cook and eat in, is there could be a few more serving dishes, but in the scheme of things, not really a big deal. :-)

Great vacation home in Spray Beach

This was a lovely property we had the pleasure of staying in for 2 weeks for our summer vacation. The location is wonderful - direct beach access and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The views are absolutely outstanding and that patio overlooking the beach is just lovely. While the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side, this allows for the living space to be ample which fit our needs perfectly. Both the owner and property manager were great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location!

This house offers beautiful views, excellent access to the beach, and an ideal location to lots of restaurants and activities. Our family enjoyed the easiness of the private path from the beach to the house. The owner is really accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We really appreciated his kindness and open communication. We had an amazing weekend getaway! Thank you!
