Welcome to our inviting retreat in the lovely village of Eugenia, Ontario! Our spacious home is perfect for families and groups looking for a comfortable getaway, complete with modern amenities and plenty of space to relax. Located just a short walk from the beach, beautiful falls, and fantastic local eateries, it’s an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
We’ve got seven cozy bedrooms ready to accommodate your group. Two of the king rooms come with their own private bathrooms, giving you a bit of extra luxury and privacy. There’s also two more king rooms and one queen room, plus two twin rooms—perfect for the kids or single guests. With five bathrooms in total, getting everyone ready in the morning is a breeze.

Living Areas:
You’ll find plenty of space to spread out and relax in our three living areas. The large living room has a charming woodstove, great for warming up after a day out. We also have a main living area and a big rec room, both equipped with TVs, so there's always a spot for a movie night or just chilling out.

Kitchen & Dining:
If you love cooking, you’ll appreciate our chef’s kitchen. It features a huge island, a 54" gas stove, and a large stainless fridge. There’s also a quiet dishwasher for easy cleanup. The dining table seats up to 10, making it perfect for family meals or a big breakfast before heading out for the day.

Outdoor Spaces:
Outside, we have a huge deck with plenty of comfortable seating—great for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The large backyard is a hit with kids, thanks to the trampoline, and the firepit is perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars.

Location & Nearby Attractions:
We’re just a quick 5-minute walk to the Eugenia public beach and boat launch, where you can enjoy a day of swimming or sunbathing. If you’re into nature, the stunning Eugenia Falls and the Bruce Trail are also nearby, offering fantastic hiking opportunities. For dining, check out local favourites like Burger Guru and Garage 13, just 2 minutes away, or indulge in delicious meals at The Gate, Hearts Tavern, and Justin's Oven, all within a 10-minute drive.

Blue Mountain is less than 30 minutes away, as are great beaches in Meaford, Thornbury and Collingwood.

Additional Amenities:
We’ve got plenty of games for indoor fun, and the WiFi is strong and reliable. There’s also parking for up to 4 cars, so there’s plenty of space for everyone.

The whole house and yard are yours and yours alone!

We do not live in the area but a local property manager lives nearby and looks after the property for us.

This is a spectacular home, for that reason, only respectable guests will be allowed access.

Please note that all guests must be registered with the county short term rental office after booking a form will be sent to you to complete before you can check-in. The county does sometimes come by to confirm the guests.

Snow removal is only from the driveway, this will not happen by the local contractor until 24hrs AFTER snowfall has stopped.

Firewood is not provided, sometimes guests leave extra firewood, but please plan on picking some up. I can provide locations for firewood.

Using the trampoline is 100% at your own risk and neither the host or property managers accept any liability for your use. It should not be used by children without adult supervision.
