The Space:

Gather your group and escape to the mountains at Fish Tales Cabin—an inviting 3-bedroom, 1-bath retreat with spectacular bluff views of Nickajack Lake and the Tennessee River Gorge. Perfect for families or friends, this cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and offers plenty of space to unwind, connect, and enjoy the beauty of nature.



Inside, you'll find a cozy yet spacious interior featuring a real wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and WiFi. The sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom on the main floor, and two upstairs bedrooms—each with a queen bed and a full futon—providing comfort and flexibility for larger groups.



Outside, soak in the private hot tub while overlooking the bluff, fire up the charcoal grill, gather around the fire pit, or relax in the peaceful outdoor seating area and take in the views.



Fish Tales is located in a quiet, gated community of nine privately owned cabins just 25 miles from downtown Chattanooga. Nestled near the tri-state corner of Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama, it's a scenic and convenient base for hiking, sightseeing, and exploring small-town charm.

Hike the trail to stand in three states at once!
