**Important Parking Information**
Please note that oversized or modified vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. In accordance with building regulations, any vehicle that exceeds the designated size limits will be denied access at check-in.

**Vehicles that are prohibited include:**

* Cars with breathalyzers, unsafe modifications, or malfunctioning brake or control systems
* Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, vans with seating for 10 or more, or any vehicle taller than 6'8"
* Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide tires, external storage units, or toolboxes that impact maneuverability
* Lifted vehicles or those with aftermarket wheels and oversized tires
* Motorcycles or three-wheeled vehicles lacking standard automotive controls


**Pet Policy**
Pets may be allowed based on size, but prior approval is required. Failure to inform us in advance may result in cancellation. A cleaning fee will apply, depending on the length of your stay:

* \$25 per pet, per night (1–4 nights)
* \$200 per pet (5–29 nights)
* \$300 per pet (30+ nights)

Please note: We are not responsible for any maintenance or repairs related to the building structure or shared facilities during your stay.


**Mandatory Guest Verification**
To comply with safety and legal requirements, all guests must complete a verification process that includes:

* Providing a valid government-issued ID
* Confirming contact information
* Completing a secure online verification
* Undergoing a background check, if requested
