Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Per the Building Parking Policy, large vehicles will be turned away at check-in.

The following types of vehicles are restricted:

1. Cars with breathalyzer devices, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes
2. Oversized vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, 10+ passenger vans, or any vehicle taller than 6'8"
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, lockers, or containers that make maneuvering difficult
4. Vehicles with lifted suspensions or oversized custom wheels
5. Motorcycles or trikes without standard car-style controls

**Pet Policy:**
Pets are welcome based on size, but prior approval is required to avoid cancellation. A pet cleaning fee applies:

* \$25 per pet, per night for stays of 1–4 nights
* \$200 per pet for stays of 5–29 nights
* \$300 per pet for stays of 30+ nights

**Guest Verification Requirements:**
To comply with legal and security standards, guests may need to:

* Verify contact details
* Complete a verification process
* Undergo a background check if required
