Perfect Getaway!

This property was perfect for our little getaway to Edisto. It was big enough for everyone to have space, you can see the water, and the walk to the beach is so easy. We were perfectly located between Beach Accesses 30 and 31. There were deer outside everynight, and it is easily accessible by car or bike. The downstairs screened in eating area and refrigerator were a great asset. There is never enough fridge room at most rentals. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Our family loved this house. It was perfect , only thing my husband seen a golf cart in the pictures and thought included that but it doesn’t.;

Great Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a nice time at this house. Four couples stayed in the house and we had plenty of room. We cooked, played cards, golfed, walked to the was great. The only issue was that the listing claims it has soap and shampoo and other supplies. We only received two very small bars of soaps and no shampoo and only 1 garbage bag. We had to make an extra run to the store because we were counting on more. But other then that everything was perfect.

We provide a starter bag of some single use items and send a list of "what to bring" in your reservation packet which includes Paper Products (Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Napkins, etc.), Garbage Bags, Dishwasher and Laundry Detergent as well as Dish Soap, Emergency Kit (Bandages, Ointments, Candles, Flashlight, etc.), Plastic Wrap and Aluminum Foil, All Purpose Cleaners (during your stay), Staple Items (Salt, Pepper, Sugar, etc.) and Condiments, Bath Soaps and Shampoo, Beach Items (Towels, Umbrellas, Chairs, Water Sporting and Fishing Equipment). We send this information in hopes to avoid any disappointment upon arrival. We hope to continue to add to he provided starter bag in seasons to come. Great family weekend!

The house was beautiful, very well stocked, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The location was great with an easy, short walk to the beach and no high traffic roads to cross to get there. We loved the porch and screened area. I would definitely rent this house again.

Gorgeous home and a great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an absolutely gorgeous home and in the perfect location. The home was beautiful, spacious and well kept. The location was even better than we had hoped for. You are literally just steps from the beach access. This home is as close to the ocean as many oceanfront homes are. We have been coming to Edisto for years and this is our favorite house we have chosen. We plan to stay again in the future. The five bedrooms were very spacious. The kitchen, dining and living areas were very large and accommodated our family perfect.

Another Great Week at Edisto

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our entire family (children and grandchildren) gathered for our annual beach trip to Edisto in early August. While this house was not on the beach, it was an easy walk and we had a good view of the ocean. We felt like it was safe for our small grandchildren since they only had to cross a dirt road (Point Street) to get to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, especially the living and kitchen areas.

It is a great house in a great location. Although it is not on the beach, it is only a short walk away with no paved streets to cross getting there. The large back deck and screened porch have great ocean breezes and views.

Fantastic Edisto Island retreat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fantastic Edisto Island retreat! Our family vacationed here in 2016, back again in 2017, and we have reserved this house for the same week in 2018. We really like the floor plan and the house has all the amenities one would expect in a luxury home. It is only a short walk from the ocean, and close enough to enjoy cool ocean breezes and ocean views from the deck and upper floor crow's nest sunroom. Although it is not on the beach front, there are no paved streets to cross to get to the beach, and the beach access is only the width of one house away. The house is located in a quiet area of the island away from most commercial activity, and is a quiet place to enjoy a relaxing Edisto Beach vacation.

This is a very nicely furnished and up to date island home. There are no paved roads to cross to get to the beach with very little traffic. Our family has enjoyed every week that we have stayed in this house.

The layout of the home provided privacy and comfort. My only recommendation would be to improve the quality cooking utensils. I struggled finding adequate bakeware and necessary pans to prepare meals. Would certainly recommend home to friends!
