• Please Note: This community was constructed in the 1970s and has a more dated exterior. There are exterior limitations of the property that are beyond our control.

• We understand this rental may not be the perfect fit for every traveler, and that’s why we aim to be transparent; so, you can feel confident and comfortable with your choice to stay here.



While our condo may not be directly beachfront or offer expansive views, its unbeatable proximity to all that Destin has to offer lets you experience the area like a true local! We understand our space may not be for everyone, but we’re dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay!

When you arrive, you’ll step right into a stylish living room featuring a comfortable L-shaped sofa that is perfect for lounging. Sip your morning coffee at the coffee table while enjoying your favorite shows with friends or family. The space is filled with inviting natural light, thanks to two sliding glass doors that open to the patio. For added comfort, black-out curtains allow you to darken the living room and dining space to your liking. We’ve thoughtfully designed this space to feel like a home away from home.



This condo showcases modern art and a cohesive black-and-white theme throughout, blending beachside relaxation with the vibe of city living. For your entertainment, we’ve included a Roku TV, and guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts like Netflix for a personalized experience.



Our modern kitchen features an open-concept layout that flows effortlessly into the living and dining area, perfect for enjoying meals and quality time together. The breakfast bar with four barstools offers a cozy spot for dining or even a convenient workspace if you're on a work-from-home trip. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with full-size appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. If you plan to cook during your stay, please bring any spices, condiments, and cooking oils you may need, as we do not provide perishable or non-perishable food items.



Just off the living area, you'll find the bedroom, featuring a memory foam king bed and an abundance of pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The space is decorated with modern art and includes blackout curtains to help you sleep in or wind down after a long day at the beach. The open-closet design offers convenient storage for your clothes and belongings during your stay. Additionally, two memory foam twin trundle beds provide extra sleeping space, ideal for families or groups. A Roku-enabled TV is also available in the bedroom, so you can relax in bed and enjoy your favorite shows.



The bathroom features a shower and tub combination, perfect for relaxing baths, along with soft, plush towels and ample space to get ready comfortably.



Our laundry room offers guests the convenience of a stackable Maytag washer and dryer for use during your stay. No need to visit the laundromat!



We’ve got you covered for your little ones with an easy-to-use high chair, pack-and-play, plastic silverware, cups, and dishes, and everything you need for your tiny travelers! These items are always available, so there’s no need to request, rent, or pack them.



You’ll also be in the perfect spot within our gated community, offering convenient access to all amenities. Tennis courts are just across the parking lot from your condo, simply bring your gear and enjoy a game at your leisure. One of the three community pools is located next to the courts, and as an added bonus, it’s the only pool that’s seasonally heated!



For a peaceful retreat, take a short stroll behind the condo to our serene lake, ideal for an evening walk. Don’t forget to peek over the bridge and spot the abundance of turtles that call this space home. Lastly, guests can take advantage of the charcoal grills located throughout the complex for any meals they’d like to cook outdoors.

While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so we must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!



Guest Access:

• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.

• Please note this unit is in a shared building, not a standalone home.

• Community amenities, such as the pool and other shared spaces, are available for all guests and residents to enjoy.



The Neighborhood:

• Gulf Terrace Condominiums are located in the heart of Destin, just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots.

• You’ll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer!

• Our complex offers the convenience of two entrances! The main entrance takes you directly onto Destin’s main highway, while the side entrance lets you exit onto a side street with a stoplight, perfect for avoiding traffic when the town gets busy.



Getting Around:

• During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 51 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 54 miles



Other Things to Note:

• This is a first-floor unit, so you may hear noise from neighboring units. While we do our best to provide a peaceful stay, some factors such as community activity and neighboring guests are outside of our control. Please note this unit is part of a shared building, not a stand-alone home.

• Linens and beach towels are provided. A courtesy supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bag, dish and laundry detergent) is included. For longer stays or larger groups, please bring any additional supplies you may need.

• Please note that beach equipment and beach supplies are not provided.

• Trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex. HOA towing fees apply for any violations.

• As this is a residential complex, a 10PM noise ordinance is in effect. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time.

• All stays with house-trained pets must be disclosed at booking, as a $50 pet fee applies. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. Pets must be crated when unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them indoors and outdoors. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

• ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee, but Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not. Please note that providing false information about a service animal is against state law, so we appreciate your honesty.

• While this condo isn’t directly on the beach and the beach is not visible from the unit, public beach access is just a short ¾-mile drive away. We do not have a gated or private beach access at this location.

• This is a mixed community with both full-time residents and short-term guests. Building exteriors are being updated gradually, which is outside our control, but we’ve created a cozy, comfortable space inside for your stay.
