The Villages is an adult community for 55 yrs and over, but families/children are welcome and encouraged to visit for a limited period of time.âŻ
The main living area features an open-concept layout that connects the dining space and kitchen. Relax on a plush sofa or in the Lazy Boy recliner while watching TV. This space also includes a ceiling fan, center table, and lamp.
The second living room, connected to the sunroom, offers a quiet retreat with plush sofas, an additional TV, ceiling fan, reading lamp, and a selection of books, board games, and playing cards.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a kettle. A kitchen island with two bar stools provides additional seating and a convenient space for casual meals or conversation.
The dining area seats up to six guestsâideal for meals, game nights, or remote work.
Master Bedroom
Features a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, dresser with mirror, nightstand, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2
Features a Queen-size bed, a desk and chair, dresser with mirror, storage bench, nightstand with lamp, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3
A comfortable room with Queen-size, a dresser, nightstand, a comfortable chair, bedside lamp, closet, and ceiling fan.
Master Bathroom (Ensuite to Master Bedroom)
Includes a stand-up shower, toilet bowl, vanity with mirror, walk-in closet, and hair dryer.
Ensuite Bathroom 2
Features a stand-up shower, toilet bowl, vanity with mirror, walk-in closet, and hair dryer.
Guest Bathroom 3
Located near Bedroom 3, this full bath has a tub-shower combo, toilet bowl, vanity with mirror, and hair dryer.
Sunroom
The sunroom includes a round table with ample seating, a ceiling fan, and sliding-door access to both the second living room and the patio.
Patio
The patio is furnished with outdoor seating and includes a BBQ grillâideal for relaxing or outdoor meals.
Enjoy complimentary access to our washer and dryer in the garage. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.

âąThe property is managed by the community, we will help you the most we can, but we aren't responsible if any of the amenities are closed or not functional as they are managed by the community, and we do not have any control.

âą No smoking is allowed in the house or backyard

âą No candles, no diffuser, no scented oils, no incense, or any plug-ins allowed
âą No unregistered guests are allowed
âą No illegal substances are allowed on the premises
âą Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains. Claim will be made
âą Put all your trash bags in the trash bin
âą Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only
âą The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
âą Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss

âą We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
âą Trailers/Boat are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
âą Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
âą Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
âą Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 40 days or more.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access(with or without your presence)the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
