Palm Oasis Retreat - Dog Friendly w/golf cart

Looking for a beautiful Courtyard Villa in a great location? Look no more! Conveniently located between Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing, and close to Colony Plaza which includes grocery, gas, restaurants and more. This newly renovated villa is in the sought after Village of Charlotte. Located right in the middle of all the fun, this property is a short golf cart ride to the Charlotte Neighborhood pool, Captiva Recreation Center, shopping, and restaurants.
This property is appointed with all the comforts of home: Two-seater gas golf cart with golf cart bag holder, 2 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 queen, 2 baths, one with shower, other with tub shower. There is a pocket door in the guest hallway for your family and friends' privacy. Fully equipped kitchen. Outside includes enclosed lanai with loveseat and chairs, fenced in, pet-friendly courtyard with gas grill, dining area, and lounge chairs. Continue your relaxation in the evening hours with solar powered tiki torches.
You will have two options to obtain a guest pass. A guest ID which is free or you can purchase a Temporary Lifestyle Resident ID from The Villages for $50.00 which includes two passes. Either option is only valid during the time of your stay. I will send additional information prior to your stay so these can be ordered and ready when you arrive.
Make sure you read and understand the house rules that apply to the golf cart. The golf cart is being provided as a courtesy. If for any reason the cart does not function properly, you will not be given a replacement cart. You will be responsible for renting your own cart. If you would like to rent a cart instead, please let us know.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed the villa! It was clean, well stocked and well maintained. Communications were quick and accurate. Highly recommended if you want a 2 bedroom villa.

Wonderful stay

The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or long term stay and it was immaculate. Host was so accommodating and the location was perfect to access Sumpter and Brownwood squares.

This is our second time staying in this villa. We love it! It’s close to just about everything! It is stocked with everything we needed. We fixed several Family meals this time and the kitchen is loaded! We will be back!

What a dream!

This gorgeous villa was beyond my expectations. The cleanliness and attention to detail was incredible! From the wonderfully stocked kitchen to the books & puzzle to occupy your time on a rainy day this little villa has it all! This beautifully decorated home was a dream and the owner was great to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and cozy place to stay!

Excellent!

This villa is located in the southeastern section in the Village of Charlotte. It is very clean, well-stocked, comfortable mattresses, large TV & golf cart. Stephanie was an excellent host! We would highly recommend this villa & location. It was the perfect choice for our first visit to The Villages.

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful inside and out. The decor is so pretty, furniture is new and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The lanai is also beautiful and a lot of care has been put into this home. Communication with the owners was excellent. Can't wait to come back!

2023 golf trip

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful home. It was furnished with everything we needed! Being able to use the golf cart is also a big plus. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in our 10 years of visiting The Villages ! We will be back, but hope to come when it isn’t so hot to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area more.

Exceptional!

We couldn't have picked a better home for our first VRBO experience!! Absolutely beautiful home, very well maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. WiFi connection is fast. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Host (Stephanie) is very responsive with all communications. Our stay coincided with Hurricane Milton so we talked several times before and after the storm. Honestly this was everything you could hope for in a vacation rental. We would definitely book this home again (or any of the host's properties) for our next visit to The Villages.

Very nice and cute villa

We stayed at this courtyard villa for a week. It was very clean and nicely decorated with everything needed for the week. The lanai and backyard. Are nice and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. It's about 20 minutes by cart to Lake. Sumter Square.

Paradise

The Courtyard Villa Palm Oasis was perfect. If you bring your fur baby the entire yard is enclosed. The Villa is immaculate. Everything you need is provided. The owners respond immediately to any question you may have. The golf cart was a great addition to the property. We will definitely be back!!!!!

A Lovely Home

We spent 3 weeks in the lovely home of Stephanie and Gary Greiner. They are perfect hosts. There is nothing we needed to make our stay any more comfortable. The home is beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and cozy linens. Every amenity was present. We loved the golf cart for getting around the Villages. The home is within walking distance to several pools and recreation centers. It is convenient to many restaurants and town squares for dining, shopping and entertainment. Gary was attentive to several issues needing attention. Thank you very much.
