Appartement vue mer extraordinaire avec vue imprenable sur les îles. Il se compose de deux chambres confortables avec lits doubles, salon spacieux relié au balcon avec salon, salle de bain complète et toilettes supplémentaires. Il est situé dans le quartier calme de la baie de la ville, à quelques pas de la place principale. Il y a la climatisation dans chaque chambre, ainsi que le chauffage. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, si vous ne vous sentez pas comme un chef, il existe de nombreux restaurants proposant une excellente cuisine à distance de marche, certains juste en face de l'appartement

A perfect place! 100 points, you will not regret it

I could not choose a better place to stay for a whole month. Loris was so accommodating and helpful. The check in process and the communication was excellent and I felt welcome before even arriving. She always offered help and I knew that I could contact her at anytime. There are no tricks in the pictures posted, the apartment and the view are even better than the pictures. Centrally located, close to restaurants, bar, the old town bridge, supermarket downstairs, everything was more than perfect !

Pretty but lacking practicality

The view was stunning! However, doors were not easy to open, there was a limited amount of crockery/cutlery and there was no parking in front of the building, as advertised (and subsequently confirmed via email). Only one rubbish bag was provided and it was torn. No tea towel, cloth or paper towel . There was so much noise in the street below on Friday night that it was impossible to sleep. Disappointing.

Dear Kerrie, thank you for your review, it is outstanding from any other reviews received so far so I am worried if you, by mistake, wanted to post a review to another apartment on your journey. Apartment is fully equipped with pans, cutllery , tea towels etc. , there is a public parking area plus number of free of charge parking lots in front of the apartment indeed, apartment is located on a 7th floor so there is practicaly no possibility you can hear the noise.

Vraiment pas déçus par l'appartement. point fort la vue+++ Bien situé, épicerie et boulangeries au pied de l'immeuble. En mars, quelques places disponibles sur le parking gratuit en bas. Appart fonctionnel, Lloris de l'agence était disponible pour répondre à nos questions Petit bémol lors du jour de grosse pluie odeur de latrines dans la salle de bains (lloris pense qu'ils étaient dus à des travaux dans apparemment du dessous). Mais ça n'a duré que 12h!

Unforgettable views

The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful. The property manager Loris, was very friendly and helpful. We were also able to book a transfer with him from the airport to the apartment at a reasonable price.

Die Bilder können den traumhaften Blick in die Bucht und den Hafen gar nicht so wiedergeben, wie er tatsächlich ist. Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an der Fußgängerbrücke zur Altstadt hin. Vom Gebäude (Hochhaus am Hafen), dem Eingang und dem Treppenhaus darf man nicht auf die Wohnung und die Austattung schließen. Waren auch überrascht, wie ruhig die Wohung ist. Parken kann man unmittelbar auf dem großen Vorplatz vor dem Haus. Ansonsten an der Zufahrtsstrasse neben dem kleinen Hafen wie auch an der Strasse vom Hafen weg kostenloses Parken möglich. Hatte persönlich keine Angst vor Parkremplern oder gar Diebstahl. Geld für das Parkhaus kann man sich sparen und in den Cafes und Bars der Umgebung besser ausgeben. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, fand via WhatsApp statt.

Top-Ausblick, top renovierte und eingerichtete Wohnung am 7. Stock eines alten Hochhauses. Alles war wunderbar, mit dem Parkplatz-Finden muss man Glück haben, der Aufzug ist gewöhnungsbedürftig… ;-) Im Erdgeschoß des Hochhauses ist ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, da findet man alles Notwendige, gegenüber ist eine Pizzeria für den schnellen Hunger. Die Altstadt ist sehr nahe, sprich die Lage der inkl. Ausblick ist TOP! Wir werden wiederkommen! Danke, Loris!👍

Fantastic Property!

I cannot begin to describe how happy we were with this property. As others have stated, the photos do not do it justice. Everything is new and modern. The view is amazing from the living room as well as the two bedrooms. The fridge is a great size for Europe. The apartment was spotless and the location cannot be beat! It is less than a ten-minute walk to almost anything you would want to see, with a grocery store and restaurants right below the apartment. Another reviewer mentioned there was no free parking. This is incorrect. There is a decent-sized lot right in front of the apartment. We had no problem finding a space. Additionally, with the windows closed, there was absolutely no street noise. Loris was fantastic to deal with, with excellent communication. Check-in was a breeze. I cannot recommend this property enough!!

Tolle Lage, fantastischer Ausblick

Alles in allem ist die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand. Abgesehen von kleineren Flecken auf den Gläsern und Stühlen war auch die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Vom heruntergekommenen Treppenhaus darf man sich nicht abschrecken lassen, umso größer dafür die Überraschung beim Betreten des Appartments.

Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Ein Wort: Fantastisch ! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, toll eingerichtet, Klima-Anlage vorhanden. Unübertroffen ist der Ausblick - sowohl aus Wohnzimmer mit Küche als auch aus den Schlafzimmern. Wer es zentrumsnah mag, ist hier genau richtig. Nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Altstadt direkt am Hafen. Bootsverleih inkl. Tankstelle direkt vor der Haustür - besser geht es nicht. Wir haben die 3 Tage voll genossen!

Amazing view of the habour in Zadar

The Appartment lived up to all of our expectations. It had a fantastic view of the habour( though it was covered in seafog some of the early morgning hours). The appartment was clean and nicely decorated. The entrance and the elevators could have been better; but they works. The owner had good recommandations for what to do and also suggested some very good restaurants. We spend a day in the old part of Zadar and took a guided tour to Plitvice lake national park. The trip to the park was perfect this time of the year; but the guide told us, that during peakseason you might have to wait 45 minutes to get the best pictures of the waterfalls.

Stunning view, spectacular sunsets

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the 7th floor. Fortunately another reviewer warned about the entrance otherwise we would have thought we had the wrong address. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. No trick photography. Small supermarket below the apartments or if you walk toward the bridge which is incredibly close and take a left you will find 2 larger supermarkets. Really quick walk across the bridge to the old town. The bakery just before you cross the bridge makes the most delicious apple pastries. Ice Cream is to die for. Luca (Luka) welcomed us, was very friendly and helpful. Sad to leave and will definitely be back the next time we visit Zadar and will recommend to family and friends. The view is awesome.

Gem of an apartment!

We loved this apartment so much for a visit to Zadar! Perfect walking distance into town (5 min, across bridge), extremely clean, spacious, and a sunset that can’t be beat. Loris was so helpful with check in/out, restaurant recs, airport transfer, and holding luggage. Can’t wait to stay here again. And to reiterate, sunset was AMAZING.

Excellent stay in wonderful apartment

As stated by owner, "amazing views", and beautifully appointed apartment. Don't let the age and appearance of the exterior of the building deter you, this apartment has been fully redone to very high standards. We loved our stay and enjoyed visits to Plitvice and Krka parks during the days, and dinners in Old Town Zadar at night. Location is excellent and we were introduced to the property by Luka, a fine young gentleman, who was very helpful with info about the apartment and surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Spectacular view & gorgeous apt!

We had a couple of days in this well-appointed, modern apartment overlooking the old city. A real pleasure to sit on the balcony and see beautiful sunsets. Plenty of grocery stores and bakeries a few steps away - very convenient! -Ah/Oct. 2018

The view really is amazing!

This apartment has everything you could want, it is clean, contemporary,spacious and all the fixtures and fittings are to a very high standard.But view is the star of this apartment, you could sit for hours just watching all the boats coming and going.The apartment is in the perfect position for exploring the surrounding area with the pedestrian bridge to the Old Town a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.The coastal walk past several marinas is also really enjoyable. There are plenty of bakeries near by and a small supermarket next door and lots of restaurants to choose from.. Loris the host was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and he came to the airport to pick us up, which made the transfer so much easier. I would recommend this apartment and I can't think of one negative thing to say about it. We would definitely stay there again.
