Lands End # 5- FOUR BEDROOMS( with Loft)-3 BATHROOMS- TOWNHOME-3 LEVELS- With awesome views overlooking the valley, this Land`s End condo is located just across the street from The Village. With 4 bedrooms ( plus a loft area) and 3 baths, this condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. A large fireplace makes the living room a cozy place to relax after a long day on the slopes. Also located on the main floor is the newly remodeled kitchen and dining room area. The upstairs loft area has a queen bed. This unit also has a Sauna. Book this condo today, and you`ll be glad you did. SLEEPS UP TO 12 Free parking, 2 cars in front of your unit. Washer and Dryer in unit. Just steps from the village.

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private spa-there is a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.
While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
