Horrible- the hotel should be demolished
Overal the experience was horrible. When we arrived at the hotel they couldnât find the 3 rooms. The front desk wasnât aware what vrbo was? We contacted vrbo and they had to contact them. After that they âcoundt locate the paymentâ qnd wanted a âvoucherâAll of this nonsense at 11pm, while we were 5 hrs away from home. Finally, they found everything, payment, and 3 reservations. The story doesnât end at checkin. The kids room had no ac and the tv wasnt working. We called front desk and they sent maintenance.The poor guy, told us that he was going to check other rooms for tv signal, and come back. And that the ac was working after doing nothing to it. He came back and claimed that the whole floor was having signal issues. Suprise, we went to our room and the tv was perfectly fine. After an hr, we went personally to the front desk and for our amazing surprise there was not a supervisor that we could explain that we needed ac or a different room. I was willing to let the tv issue slide for my sake. Guess what? The front desk was the only one there and a security that was entoxicated. No manager was avaliable to talk to us. To keep it simple the issue was never resolved. To add to my review, the rooms are everything but âchicâ, they have a decent size, NO microwave, they very cheaply remodeled, you can see caulk everywhere in the tub, NO closet, you hang the clothes literally in a wood stand. The property is not well kept, is under remodelation, dont go there.
