Whether you like to cook in private or in the presence of company, Magnolia Manor features not one, but two fully equipped kitchens. The upstairs kitchen boasts cheerful green cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a quaint table for three—perfect for morning chats over coffee. While downstairs, you'll find a second kitchen with the same stylish green cabinets and stainless finishes, along with a Keurig and a spacious counter that seats four for casual dining or cocktails.



When it’s time to turn in, rest easy in comfortable bedrooms with room-darkening shades, helping you sleep in or unwind after a night out. Outside, enjoy the best of Lake Geneva living with a covered patio complete with seating and a grill—ideal for summer barbecues. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the loft.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.

This home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.

• Access to the upstairs is from the exterior door on the side of the house.

• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
