The home also features:

A half bathroom serving the pool and living areas; spacious, integrated and modern living spaces;

A second floor bonus TV room, so the family can gather and watch some fun flicks or play games together;

The spacious and super beautiful pool deck has been outfitted with additional dining and lounging areas, besides a BBQ grill (free to use-BYO propane). The pool can be heated from 11/1 to 4/30 for a nominal daily charge of $35.00

This green home features solar panels, full size toiletries and a desirable EV charger (BYO Tesla or other electric vehicle) in the spacious 2 car garage.

The Clubhouse at Windsor Cay is currently being finished and should be completed by end of June, 2025. For now, our guests have full usage of the amenities at nearby Windsor Island Resort, featuring the following amenities:

There is no resort charge attached to the reservation and guests are able to use all pools, slides, gym, and play areas free of charge. Some individual amenities however (such as arcade games and the Cabanas) may have an extra nominal fee to use.
Guest access
Our guests have private use of the entire home and can easily check in with an access code.
