Summer family vacation

House was perfect. Slept 6 adults and 1 child comfortably. The pool was a great back up for when we weren't feeling a beach day. Close to some local shops and stores. Not a bad walk to the beach if you dont have much to carry or a wagon to haul. Overall a great location, beautiful house and highly recommended!

Had a blast for a girls weekend. Tybee is lovely and super close for us to spend a day in Savannah.

Island retreat

The rooms are bigger than they look online, neighborhood was good for walking and seeing sunsets. We brought bikes and could bike to the beach. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved the location and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Getaway

This grandma loved it. Kids and grandkids, 2 and 3, enjoyed it. Clean. Pool was great. Really lovely place. Note: check in is between 4 and 5:30 - whenever the cleaner finishes.

Wonderful house

Had a group of ten. Had plenty of room for everyone to sleep on a bed and even space to hang out in the common areas that we didn’t feel crowded! Very beautiful house

Eagles Nest

Overall fun experience, the office manager was very helpful. Great location. However, the house smells of mildew and the air conditioning isn’t quite up to snuff. Gets very hot in there at night. Also, our pool was dirty for the first 5 days of our 10 day stay. They should consider getting more than 1 pool guy for 300 homes. That said, would rent again.

Great location, nice house

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely Tybee Island house. We loved the private pool and the house was conveniently located a few minutes drive from family friendly North Beach. Plenty of space for family of 6. Management company was responsive and professional. Things we did not appreciate: no laundry detergent, only 2 garbage bags and 3 dishwasher pods provided, no filters for coffee maker, no beach towels or beach chairs. For the price we paid, we expected that these basic amenities would have been provided.

Not recommended.

The faucet handle on kitchen sink was broken off. Area outside by pool has never been cleaned. Serious mold on chairs and little tables. Called and they came and fixed handle but did nothing outside. You were not comfortable sitting by pool, between the ants crawling everywhere and the mold it was awful.

Nice house, 2 hot bedrooms

House was very clean. A few bigger pots and pans would have been nice when cooking for 8 plus people. The bed rooms on the main floor were very hot. We called 4 days in a row and the maintenance man came out once but didn’t fix it. He said the thermostat just needed to be pushed into the was so it would stay connected but it was too loose and never worked. No one ever came back out. The rooms were 80 degrees at night so 4 people did not sleep well. The pool could have been cleaned before new people arrived as it was pretty dirty when we got there. Overall the house was very nice and clean.

Good but needs some help.

Our stay in this home was good to ok. The size of the property was a good fit, which accommodated all of us. The AC in the main great room, dining area, kitchen area did not work well and it was very hot in those rooms- hovering around 78 to 79 degrees, despite the thermostat being set at 70 the entire time. The AC worked well in the bedrooms, thankfully. There were large ants crawling on the ceiling in the great room and kitchen. The pool was nice, and there were some floats to use, which was a plus. The pool could have used a cleaning for the dirt in the bottom of it, but we swam in it anyway. There are no beach towels at the home, so bring your own. The beds were ok comfortable, not great not terrible. There was a good bit of road noise from the busy Hwy 80 that backs up to the property, but the previous reviews mentioned that, so we knew that going in. The downstairs area with the bunk beds had a strong new carpet smell. The gas grill did not work. The sofas in the great room were comfortable. Be careful on the last step of the outdoor front stairs, the step down to the concrete is not level and doesn't match the height of the other steps. If you can't climb stairs, this is not the property for you. It was nice for us all to be able to be together.

Nice house

The house was clean and there was enough room for the family. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with enough plates, cups etc. The appliances are older and need to be updated. The pool was nice but they only cleaned it once while we were there. The trees around the pool are overgrown. There were a ton of leaves in the back yard that needed to be removed. We were constantly cleaning leaves from the pool. The concrete around the pool needed to be power washed. Some areas of the concrete were uneven and cracked. The patio chairs were usable but the paint was chipping and you can see areas of rust on the legs. The grill was functional but it is approaching the need to be replaced as well. We had to buy a grill brush to clean it because there was not one. We had a nice week there. The house is just a few minutes drive to the beach.

Great property well equipped

Was pleasantly surprised with how well this property was stocked with everyday items. Spacious and comfortable. The pool backs a busy street but if you have some music on you hardly notice . We had an A/C issue and the management company was quick to respond and had several options to make sure we were comfortable until it was fixed, which was fairly quick.

Family stay on Tybee

House was good fit for extended family vacation (our family, 2 young children and grandparents). House does back up to main road on Tybee, so some road noise, but otherwise pleasant property. Short drive to North Beach with municipal parking. Pool on property is nice, though shaded (and a bit cool when we were there). House could use minor upkeep (dining tables with loose bolts, ceiling of back deck coming loose, etc), but very functional. Great communication from management. Enjoyed our stay.

Loved the house and the pool. Thought it may be a little closer to the pier by its description. Not able to rent a golf cart because it was on the wrong side of the 4 lane highway. House was awesome and very spacious. Very much enjoyed our visit.
