Bluejay Bungalow is a part of the 55-acre Oak Creek Ranch, which includes other current construction properties. Once you enter the private gated entrance to the ranch, a winding road leads up to Bluejay Bungalow, where the 800 sq. ft home welcomes you. You will enter the first level of the cozy family, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, and bathroom on the same floor. A short flight of spiral stairs leads to the cozy loft area, featuring a reading nook and play space where curling up with a good book or battling it out with the crew on board games is a favorite thing to do. Legend has it that if you spot a bluejay here and ask for a wish from the bottom of your heart, it comes true. Good wishes only!

Ideal for a small family or friends gathering, the property can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests and 1 pet. Day visitors are not allowed, so every person on the property at any time must be on your reservation. Well-behaved pets, preferably small are welcome; see pet rules. Located just 14 miles from the south gate entrance of Yosemite National Park. This makes Yosemite National Park your backyard. Bass Lake, Lewis Hiking Trail, and Oakhurst’s quaint downtown are just a 10-minute drive away

Home Description: Bluejay Bungalow is a one-bedroom home that can comfortably accommodate 4 people and 1 small pet. Newly renovated, this cute cottage includes an inviting porch with seating to lounge on those lazy afternoons, as well as an outdoor area with a fire pit, BBQ, and seating space for a sunny picnic in the mountains.

Living Room includes a cozy couch that doubles as a queen bed to sleep 2, a smart TV, and a dining area with a dining table along with island with bar stools. Large windows in the living room provide a stunning view of the magnificent mountains right in your backyard.

From the living room, a short spiral staircase leads to a loft area with a reading nook and play area.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the comforts of home. Amenities include an electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, Instapot, blender, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, basic spices, silverware and more!

Main Bedroom has a California king bed, sleeps 2, with a walk-in closet, and dressing space. A large window from the bedroom looks out to the outdoor picnic area.

Bath Room: A newly remodeled bathroom with a full shower area with hot water and a washer/dryer. Amenities include soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and more!

All rooms are thoughtfully designed and furnished. Amenities include bedding, Smart TV with Prime Video/Netflix/YouTube and more, phone charging points, a dressing area with a mirror, a luggage rack, hangers, and more!

Free Wi-Fi is included. Cellphone signals work well for major US carriers.

The entire home is fully air-conditioned with separate controls for each room.

Outdoors: Bluejay Bungalow is nestled between the woods, apple trees, lots of birds, and wildlife. The calm, quiet, peaceful outdoors are so magical that you will never get enough of them. You have ample outdoor seating, a Gas BBQ Grill, Propane fire pit with lounge chairs.

Plenty of outdoor space to unwind, relax, meditate, and much more.

Please note that there is no smoking allowed in the property and absolutely no open fire during prohibited months (May to Oct), due to extreme fire danger.

Please make sure pets and children are under adult supervision at all times, both outdoors and indoors.
