Nice location short walk to Sunrise lift. Resort was awesome for skiing. Place was cozy, furniture and appliances were a little dated but comfortable for me and my two teenage boys.Heater/fireplace could definitely use an upgrade. Was a little finnicky to get the place warmed up.
Dated appliances. Microwave did not work. But location made up for everything. Lastly, water heater cannot handle more than 3 consecutive showers. I had to wait until next day. Roomy and clean. Garage is bit narrow. Need to get medium/small car.
Great place! Perfect for a snowboard trip! Everything you need and plenty of beds, towels, etc. LITERALLY WALKED to Sundown lift! No driving needed! And the host is fantastic! Super accommodating and excellent communication đ
We stayed for a family of 5 ski trip to Powder Mountain. Condo is located on resort site with awesome views directly across the street from sundown ski lift. Check in was easy and clear. The owner was very accessible and knowledgeable for area guidance. Unit was clean and well appointed for cooking and preparing meals games. The unit is a bit dated mountain style but very charming and cozy. The price was unbeatable compared to the other on mountain choices. The tap water was mountain fresh and the hot water worked great. We had a great time and will be back for the summertime mountain biking and skiing next year. Thank you K
What an awesome trip. The condo was in a great location with easy access to the Sundown chairlift where you could also catch the shuttle to access the rest of the mountain. The condo was comfortable and we had a great time playing boards games in the evenings while fresh powder falling. We will definitely return.
The condo decor was dated. The hot water heater only allowed for one shower every 45 minutes and the pilot went out on the heater / fireplace several times. The portable space heater did not function as the switch to turn was broken. The washer and dryer are small so for 6 people it became an issue. The owner did reply immediately when contacted with concerns.
We loved the proximity to the Sundown life (across the parking lot), and we were able to ride the lift up and then ski âslowpokeâ to the other side of Powder Mountain. We took the shuttle back every day from Timberline Lodge, and this was super quick and easy (there was not a way to ski back to the condo while we were there). The condo is spacious and held our family easily. Just some things to noteâthe water got cold quickly if more than one person took a shower in a row, so we learned to space out our showersâthe garage is long, but our Tahoe barely squeezed in by width and height, and if we parked the Tahoe in the garage, there was not enough room to walk around it to get outside. We parked our Tahoe right outside the garage so it wasnât a problem for us. The only food option near the condo is a pizza place inside Sundown liftâs ski âlodge,â but it was delicious and convenient. Buy groceries before you head up to the condo since the nearest store is 15 minutes back down the mountain. We drove to Eden one night for dinner since the roads were clear, but we made dinner most nights in the condo. We ate lunch at Timberline Lodge (cafe style place with burgers, chicken fingers and pizza upstairs with a Ramen restaurant/bar downstairs) during the day of skiing. Powder Mountain was amazing for skiing and there were no lift lines even on the weekend. The staff was so friendly and helpful too! We absolutely loved our stay and would love to go back!
I rented this property for a week-long getaway with some friends. The location was great, right on Powder Mountain. My stay was before the skiing season, but even in summer, this location is great for hiking and biking. It is also close to Wolf Creek golf course, and the small town of Eden has a few eateries and a other stores, all within 10 minutes of the condo. The unit itself was older and had a rustic, cabin-like feel. It was spacious and had plenty of places to sleep. The kitchen was also fully stocked with cookware as well as other supplies. In all, it was a good experience and well worth the affordable cost.
Location was great for spring break skiing. Very convenient right across the street from the Sundown lift which has night skiing. Shuttle can be caught just up the hill from the Sundown lift to get to the rest of the ski resort. Condo worked great for our family ski trip.
Best location at Powder Mountain! This condo is across the street from the Sundown lift, which is the only lift open for night skiing. You can ski over to the other lifts from here as well. At 4:00, take the bus from Timberline back to Sundown and keep skiing or walk back to the condo. The condo was stocked with everything, had plenty of space, and we really enjoyed our stay. Lucky Slice Pizza across the street was good. We especially liked Peddlers Cafe, a short drive down the road, for breakfast and lunch. Loved it!
Unit wasnât clean. Bugs, yuck. Earwigs woke me at night crawling on my face. Dishes were chipped and dirty. Emergency fire exit blocked by snow. Heat poor.
Ski-in, ski-out- not really.
Great location, short drive to base.
Unit reeked age and neglect.

Walk to the Lift across the street. Amazing views and convenience. It is great to be on site and not have to drive up and down the long steep road to the Mountain. Quiet and Beautiful up here. Guest to my condo can have access to the heated pool and hot tub and workout area and amenities at the Powder Ridge timeshares a short drive up the road it's $4 for adults $3 for kids all day pass.
