➞ I hereby confirm that only the guest whose id is provided by me will be staying at the apartment.I also agree to the condition that under no circumstances any non registered guest will be staying at the apartment , in case I violate this term than I will be liable to pay the host double the amount of this booking , also I will be held solely responsible for any illegal action due to the actions of unregistered third party guest.
➞ This is a self-check-in property and our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is strictly no later than 10:00AM. A late check out can be requested, upon approval till 11:00am and subject to availability. Any approved checkout later than 11:00AM will be charged at AED500. Any check-out without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time.
